I received personalized service from Rick D. and Justin locating and cutting casing trim made out of real wood which the box store didn’t have in stock. Stop by and patronize our local lumber yard.”
“I placed an order but wasn’t aware that the pick up time was one hour less that business hours but the lady was happy to have the guys get me my online order and bring it out to the car for me even though it was very close to closing time the forklift driver was very nice and friendly”

“Today went in to check out some Polywood Curveback Adirondack chairs for our Fire-pit area. Found it, sat in it and really like it. Went inside to get some help finding more. Nancy the customer service person really went out of her way to help me locate the chairs. Home Depot only had 2 grey available then I would have to order 4 more. It just made sense to just place the order through customer service for all chairs. Nancy stayed with me through the whole order just making sure I got what I wanted. “I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I moved to the area 8 months ago and visit this store very often. The staff is always super helpful and pleasant. I went in at 930 on Friday night and there was a couple buying a lot of things checking out at closing. Diane had her stuff with her and was walking out the door but saw me waiting and dropped her things to cash me out. That's exceptional service. I used to manage a retail store a long time ago and you don't find people like this anywhere. Well done!! I also chatted with a couple other guys, one in the lumber section and he helped me find a piece of PVC and then walked through practically the entire store to help me find something else. And there was David in the paint department who was also super friendly and helpful and walked me to various areas as well. A couple days prior I was cashed out by super helpful woman in the lumber section. You guys have done a great job hiring some great people. Thank you!!”

Based on my photographs, Waterville Supply made suggestions and sent samples of oak flooring. This is the result - beautiful, handsome red oak floors. My experienced installer, Miguel, asked how and where I got this wood. I told him Waterville Supply and introduced him to Henry Braverman. He said the quality of the wood was exceptional, better than he had been working with. He took pictures and used them as a promotional.”
