They are excellent with their car sales but their detailed apartment is phenomenal. Matthew detailed my car. He gets ceramic coating and fixed my headlights. When I bought the car from another dealership. The headlights were white and foggy. It looks like a whole new brand new car. I couldn't be happier they're not just a dealership. They have an excellent garage, a very knowledgeable mechanics, full car Care Center with detailing my car looks better than the day I picked it up from the Cadillac dealership

Great experience working with Wesley , no pressure from him at all , he let me test drive whatever I wanted , The vehicles here were very clean inside and outside looked great . Wesley assisted me with the whole buying process start to finish. It was an effortless transaction and I’m very happy with my vehicle. I will definitely shop here again and Wesley will be my go to guy. Autobahn USA have really nice cars & trucks and they are with McGovern Who has a ton of Dealerships in this area. I dreaded buying a new car for so long. I found a jeep I loved and went there not knowing what would happen because my husband and I are both rebuilding our credit. Every time I’ve been to a dealership it was always hours of waiting. I have to say this was the easiest car I’ve bought, even with not so great credit. Thank you to Anthony and Dimitri for making this so easy and painless for us! We appreciate it more than you know!

I am now retracting any good things I have said. I will add that they were very accommodating when I called about the first issues, caliper froze up. They made it sound like it was a gift that they weren’t going to charge me, truth is, I had a 60 day bumper to bumper dealer warranty, so it wasn’t an actual deal, it was their responsibility. I was clear about the issues I was having at the same time with the traction control light coming on. I told them I thought it was a sensor. It was sent back to me and never replaced. Got home, all lights, including ABS are now on. They bring me a loaner at my job so I don’t have to take a day off which I appreciated and make the repairs I told them they needed to do the last time. Get it back the next day with a crack in the windshield which I filed a glass claim through my insurance and they replaced it. Now I’m leaking antifreeze and they have completely given up at even responding to me. I had a coworker looking for a new vehicle who was asking where I bought my car because I was happy. I have since warned her not to go there. Lack of communication is a total turn off for me. Even if it’s as simple as I can’t help you this time. I will pay the $200 deductible and go to a local jeep dealer who knows what they’re doing. I don’t like to have had to post this, but it seems when it starts costing money, they don’t want to honor their end of the deal.

Edit. Not so smooth JUST outside my warranty period $8500 bill from Audi for service needed (bad front brakes, bad motor mounts, bad water pump, bad blinker mirror light, 2 bent rims ). Wish I never went here. Lessons learned.

I have purchased my last 2 cars from here and can't say enough about the customer service and quality of car I received. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and another 5 stars to Marjorie Nicolis, who worked with me personally to ensure I had every question answered, and gave me top notch communication and support throughout the whole process.

I’ve purchased all my vehicles from this dealer and had them serviced here also. I have a Maserati that seems to need my A/C Charged and oil changed so I called for to schedule an appointment for these services however asking what the cost would be for this the service guy said $800 for my ac to be charged due to special oder for Freon and tool to use to fill is very expensive. Come to find out the Freon is actually the same Freon for any other vehicle R134 and uses the same adapter. Very disappointing I had to right this review but I feel the customers need to know.

The employees in there were fighting with each other very unprofessional while they had customers waiting over some bmw they recently sold. I recommend not coming into this dealership
