“Shedd, Maryjean Mon, May 8, 4:00PM to me I just needed to alert you to the EXCELLENT customer service I received on May 3rd, 2023. I needed help with a tail light question. The young man who assisted me, was working during my lunch about 12:00ish. He was so nice and courteous, he came outside to investigate my tail light and found the exact light, and even suggested the Mobile Station down the street, who fixed the issue for me, all within my 1 hour lunch time. “If I could leave 6 stars I would!I was on a trip up to Acadia National Park in Maine this past weekend, and while driving on I-90 through MA, the spring leaf on my camper broke! After making calls all day long with no luck, My girlfriend and I randomly pulled up to Camerota Truck Parts in Westborough, MA in desperate need of repairs so we can get home safely!Not only did they make calls to try and help us, but they went out of there way to track down all the parts we needed AND fixed the spring leaf problem in the rain! ALSO, the final cost of the work they did fell well under the initial quote they gave us! We couldn't of been happier.
