I am so grateful that I met Danny Corcoran who made my DIY bathroom remodel possible. I'm more that happy with each of the products he directed me to. The outcome is better than I hoped for.Also kudos to the receptionist who first welcomed me (she was new to the position but very professional) and set up my first appointment with Danny. And kudos to the guys in the parts and shipping department who have always been responisve and helpful.It's a first rate operation all the way around.

My wife and I worked with Danny Corcoran to pick out all new fixtures for a new home build up in Cape Cod upon recommendation from our builder. I then also worked with Danny to also order some new master bath fixtures for our primary residence in southern CT. Danny was the consummate professional through-out all our interactions with him. He was not only super knowledgeable about all the products and product lines and his attention to detail was outstanding. Additionally, he was always extremely responsive to any requests we had. I'd highly recommend Danny to anyone in the future.

My wife and I worked with Dan Corcoran to select all plumbing fixtures for our new construction house at Barnstable, MA. Dan was extremely helpful in selecting those items and also shared very helpful hints on kitchen cabinets and countertops with us. Dan is very responsive and thorough. I highly recommend Dan.

Always a pleasure shopping at Supply New England!! I always seem to find just want I'm looking for, even when I only have a concept in mind. Their Nice bright showroom allows you to visualize all their beautiful product, in your own space. They are always helpful and pleasant and very informed about the products they sell!!

We were very disappointed with our visits to this Supply New England showroom and with the interactions with their salespeople.We visited 3 times in early 2020 - before the pandemic hit - and were ignored each time. We were renovating a bathroom and adding another bathroom so had a lot of potential business for them.Finally, our contractor referred us to one of their associates who I had a nice initial interaction with the first time to set up an appointment. However we had to reschedule. After that I left 4 messages with her to set up a new appointment and never got a call back. When I called the showroom, whoever answered the phone would just route me directly to her phone mail before I had a chance to say that she was not responding. I was finally told that she was on medical leave. Why could the other sales people not have told me that. Also, though I empathize with her being ill, she should have had someone else respond to her phone messages. I never even got a return call from her when she returned to work. Our renovations were delayed at least two weeks due to this unresponsiveness.Meanwhile, my call was finally picked up by a sales person - who was the one who informed me of the former sales person's medical leave - and we met with this sales person. We had a nice initial meeting, but then he had to reschedule our follow up meeting as he was not prepared a week later with the information that he was supposed to provide to us. Another week passed and he had just a small subset of the information we needed. We nonetheless decided to order a vanity from him, but never got another call back after that vanity was ordered - no communications on the status of the vanity or on the other items that we had discussed with him.We decided to go to Simon's Supply just up the road and had so much better service and interpersonal experiences with the sales people there. I highly recommend you go to Simon's instead of Supply New England too!! (And just btw, we are not difficult or challenging customers!!)
