I gave them a simple project which they screwed up entirely. When I asked for a refund, the owner got angry, pulled out his wallet and started slamming bills on the counter while yelling that he wasn't going to waste any more time on it. It was actually kinda of funny in a cartoon way how he turned all red, steaming blowing out of his ears and the few hairs on his bald head sticking straight up in the air. The issue was they couldn't print the color orange, I don't whether it was competence or lack of equipment but it is a color that you and I could match on a cheap ink-jet. All I wanted was the shop to duplicate the design I gave them in hardcopy form onto vinyl. Instead, I got excuses and an angry diatribe from Elmer Fudd. On top of that, Elmer shorted me on the refund. Junky, disorganized little shack.

My family and I have been using Simple Signs for years now. The knowledgeable staff ensure their customers are treated with the upmost respect and get the best bang for their buck! They are upfront and honest about turn around times especially in their busy season. Even during busy times our products come back in a timely manner. If you are looking to support a small business who takes pride in their work and puts their customers first, I would highly recommend simple signs!!

Celina and her team have been super helpful and we love their work at Simple Signs Cape Cod. We went there for a Girl Scout behind the scenes field trip. And they helped us to create a lawn sign from start to finish to earn some requirements for our ‘product manager’ badge. I highly recommend them for any of your personal or business needs!

I wish I could join in with all of the allcolades about simple signs. Unfortunately, my experience was quite different. It took over 3 months to get 2 very plain carved signs and when I picked them up the quality was poor. The owner did call me back and offer to redo them. I accepted his offr for one one the signs. as the weeks crept by, I finally called and within a few days my last and final sign was completed. I asked that the hardware be installed on the sign and it wasnt which was no surprise. The owner sounded sincere in wanting to make it right but his staff needs to be trained better. Dont go there if you wanr your signs in a reasonable amount of time with no mistakes.
