Falmouth office.. I hope they're better at surgery than they are for eye exams, prescriptions, customer service, booking an appointment and follow-ups. Writing the wrong prescription seems to be what the Falmouth office seems to excel at. I'd indeed be very cautious about going to them. It's risky!

My only complaint is that it is extremely hard to find even with GPS and written directions!! The bldg is set back with many other buildings in a lot. The signage is terrible from both street entrances!

Awful all around. Poorly managed. Wait for hours. Billing is terrible. Communication is terrible. Care is nonexistent. This place will deteriorate your health just thinking about it. Eyes are to important to put them in the hands of this practice

This place is a factory. Been to multiple locations and the waiting rooms are always FILLED. See doctor-in and out. They do not care about your long term eye care, rather band-aid it temporarily so you can continue to come back. Won’t follow up, won’t return your calls if something goes wrong Post procedure, honestly frightening. Only bright side is you can get an appointment quick because they want all the patients they can get. Horrible attitudes from a few of the women who work there, speaking horribly about coworkers in front of patients.

Well good luck trying to get your medical records transferred. I requested via their website 10/11. Had my cataract surgery in MA and now live in CT. Requested 10/11 and still not received... not acceptable.

I recently had cataract surgery on each eye. The process required several appointments and interactions with several staff members. Dr Chan and the staff were so attentive, friendly, and provided the best care. The staff in West Yarmouth and at the surgical center in Sandwich made for such a positive experience.

Had a pesky "cyst" surgically removed from my right eye by Dr. Raymond Magauran 5 days ago, it's healing up nicely now! Dr. Magauran and his staff were excellent in every way! Professional staff who made me feel comfortable, and calm through the whole process. Highly recommended if you have eye problems.

Worst service I have ever received in my 25 years of going to eye doctors. Person on the phone told me to come in without my Vision insurance card and that I could provide it at a later date. When I got to the office a man behind the desk was extremely rude, had an attitude, and kept rolling his eyes while on the phone trying to sort things out. Then proceeded to say that the guy on the phone with me earlier was “new and didn’t know better”. Will definitely not be returning to this practice. I understand the frustration but it’s not hard to be neutral when talking to a new patient.
