Water park is great! We come back every year. This time around we stayed in your hotel which was ok - it was smelly and our neighboring rooms were loud all hours of the night. Families had a party and adults were drunk and acting crazy. The inflatable bounce area was very fun but the workers who were young teens , some paid zero attention to the kids on the bounce area. There is a jousting one and kids were fooling around and pushing , it was hard to grab the joust when it fell and not fall off . The young kid sat looking down on his phone . Happy to see more slides coming in next year!! Glad you guys replaced those old blow up huge slides with new ones that are nice & sturdy! Those other ones made me so nervous my young kids loved going on them. Lots of BEES in table areas!! Hard to sit while eating they are all over your food. Wayyy tooo many!! Especially near the drink stand . Something needs to be done!

Pros Water park is lots of fun,....wave pool, giant slides and lazy river. Nice and plentiful chair and umbrellas, keeping in mind we went on a weekday. Lots of attentive staff helping out kids. Each inflatable had a staff member assigned. My kids got bored with the inflatables after about 45 minutes. Bouncy houses for little ones. Remember your socks! Cons Very pricey and extras costly. $10 for little locker. Felt nickeled and dimed. BYO food as theirs is gross. No food can be brought in and park does not provide a blade of grass or picnic table outside gates. We took a break at the sub shop almost across the street. Ice cream stand is directly across busy Rte 28. A star was lost because of dangerous toy dart gun won in arcade. Be careful or avoid. My Groupon was a good deal as it also included arcade credits and off site mini golf for $59 each.

This park is beautiful and amazing. The bathrooms were a little gross but the lazy River was amazing and everything else was so cool.

Epic! Big slides were the best. However it would be nice if they had all 5 slides open instead of just 2. That would reduce the wait time. I missed the inflatable jousting and acrobatic trapeze but the water park was fun fun fun! This place is run by Bulgarian teenagers so no authority cares if kids go head first down the slides, cut lines, or follow any rules for that matter. It's fun.

BEFORE around guy they have none of the really good adventure rides ( trapeze, tight rope) that the kids really liked !!! Maybe the insurance people got to Them but from a business standpoint terrible idea. Water park still good, parking not bad, food line really line but you can order from a waitress.

First visit this year. New wave pool is a nice addition - but the adventure park the tweens/ teens enjoyed is gone. Paid $30 for the inflatable park that had been considerably downsized and geared at younger kids. My group ranging in age from 12 - 15 were super disappointed and my 12 year old said it's for babies. They have loved it years past. I liked the new cafeteria style lunch - but the teenagers running it are clueless and not very polite. Some food options advertised online are only available if you rent a cabana. So don't expect a quesadilla or fried pickles if you are general admission. Saw three kids taken away during our visit with injuries. My son hurt his neck on an inflatable slide going down it. So be cautious. We would have been better off saving $30 each and staying away from the inflatable park as my tweens/ teens not interested without the trapeze, zip line, etc...

We attended this park for the first time in August 2021 and being from Massachusetts, expected staff to wear masks, provide social distancing and have exceptional cleanliness like we have encountered when we go out to other public places in our state. We were one of the first people in line o purchase tickets and people were literally surrounding me in line. Security told me they did not have a social distancing policy and after some convincing allowed me to wait outside the line so that myself and my young child who was not vaccinated yet could social distance. Then when we got into the park, the hand sanitizing stations were all empty and I never saw one person sanitizing any item, table, bathroom, or anything else in the 4 hours we were there. Most disturbing was that there were only two life guards in the entire park. I felt the entire park was unsafe for families and will never return.

This place was so cute! It's perfect for kids.. not so much for teenagers or adults. Loved the lazy river and the giant blow up water slides, besides the fact that walking up them is very slippery and you could fall.

This review is in two parts: Park, Resort Rooms Park: The parking lot is large, and on a busy day there are lot attendants directing patrons. *some spots are for hotel guests only so be aware** Entering the park requires guests to walk through the gift shop, to the right there is an arcade. If you plan to spend more than 4 hours at the park I strongly recommend booking a cabana for $100. The cabana's are clean, offer some space away from crowds and the cafe waitstaff serves the cabana's. The park is clean, staffed well. The inflatables were all staffed and the waterpark was well staffed with life guards. There is also a temporary tattoo/ henna booth in the park. I didn't observe anyone getting a temp tattoo more than likely due to the cost. 3-4 inch design costing $35 (nope, not for my kid). Overall, the park was a good time with a diverse mix of families. Resort Rooms- 451 Main Street - parking area gives a sketchy vibe. Building looks like it was projects at one time. Family rooms are small especially with 3 beds, half way renovated, smell not good- the outside deck for rooms on the second level is loud when people walk bye. Bedding is outdated and the ceiling popcorn style is peeling. The rooms do have updated key card entrance. There is a cafe area where breakfast is served that has recently been updated and the rooms have a mini fridge.

Worst operation when it comes to food and drinks. Two areas that can't possibly support the crowd. No area to sit and literally takes forever to get meal. They need a better system. It is the worst of any amusement area I have ever been.

Fun place for the family but there were a couple of things that didn't meet expectations... there are not enough bathrooms to accommodate the amount of guests in the waterpark, and the facilities are a long walk from the waterpark area. This is not a good set up, especially for families with young children. Also, it took 45-60 mins to get our food from the snack bar, so lunch took a big chunk of our day. We had ordered chicken fingers, a chili dog and cheese fries. 45+ mins is a bit excessive for that order!

We went there today, and there is literally zero social distancing and very little cleaning going on. The tubes for the lazy river were "sanitized" by running the tube under one of the sprinklers. Staff were all friendly, but there no one enforcing any type of covid safety protocols. We stayed maybe two hours, but the longer we stayed, the more crowded it became. They're not doing any sort of minimized capacity, so people were on top of each other. The lazy river especially! Maybe this place was great pre covid, but I did not feel safe or comfortable there.
