Of all the places I have stayed, lived in or just visited, this has been the best yet. I started staying here many years ago when the pool temperature was very high and one of my buddies was very sick and I was BailinH20 for him. For the past weekplus I have been here and now, the folks managing it have changed, the staff has changed and Eye honestly have to say this is the best place on Cape Cod. The bus stops right out front, fantastic empanadas are right across the street, the best miniature golf place is right down the street and they sell Gifford's ice cream which comes from Maine. And some folks say, what, you have never had Gifford's ice cream? You have to try it. So, stay at the Econo Lodge and enjoy everything in the area.

I don't recommend this place they wanted a 230 deposit that's ridiculous for a cheap room so what's the point of renting how do you even stay in business? The place is run down and doesn't seem to be very clean the staff was very unhelpful just beware I'd you want to stay here they will ask for a security deposit and I still haven't gotten a refund. Not HAPPY

Issue was noisy people at 2am office didn't do much to discourage them and yet again the 2nd night same stuff happened, called the police and they took care of it. Too bad because their updated rooms were nice, definitely won't be staying there again, managers have to do right for the other paying guests and not let a bunch of drunk young adults ruin it for others!!

This place wasn't bad for a motel, it has many restaurants around the area so its not that hard to get food, the lady at front desk helped a lot and me and my family had a good time. Shower worked great

Basic but clean accommodations. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and kind, and made check in a breeze. There is ample parking and the rooms are decent sized for a couple. The shower is just a stall so keep that in mind if you’re a bigger person, and the water pressure wasn’t the best. Over all, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. Great location and price.

It's not the Ritz, but it's clean. It's comfortable, and for being in the off season. Quite a accommodating. I would recommend it if you're looking for just a comfortable room without all the bells and whistles, And you'll never starve. There's enough places to eat around

Rooms are on the small side but clean with a few modern upgrades.The area is close to restaurants and plenty to do the hotel is older but we’ll kept and quiet.

See photos.. mold in shower/tub. Half used bottles of lotion and shampoo. Stains on floor and bed cover. Desk is like it came from a child's room on marketplace.
