90 Manaquayak Rd, West Tisbury“Very central to everything in Oak Bluff. Rooms were clean. There were drinks, snacks and mints in room. Shower was hot. Beds were very comfortable and pillows as well!
Downstairs had fruit, water, coffee, and danishes. Delicious! Check in lady was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and nice.
There was even a storage area with things you could use at the beach and a spot for your bikes.
Would absolutely stay here again.”
“Amazing hospitality from Annabelle and Simon. Gourmet breakfast with changing menu daily. Free soda and candies and a bit of a tipple for a night cap are a very nice touch, as are the cookies delivered to our rooms nightly. The free bikes are useful for short jaunts in town, or a quick ride to Oak Bluff. Beautifully decorated living spaces, and outdoor spaces to relax. Comfortable bed.”

“The Dockside Inn was absolutely perfect! The room was clean and cozy. They had a complimentary space with water, ice cream, coffee, tea, and snacks. They had a ton beach chairs, beach towels, coolers with ice!, and beach toys that you could take when you wanted and bring to any beach! The location is perfect and close to shops and bars. We will definitely be returning for years to come!

70 Lake Ave, Oak Bluffs“My husband and I stayed at the Summercamp Hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, tastefully decorated, and clean. A few hours after check-out, I received a call from the hotel saying that the housekeeper had found a ring I had forgotten. Victoria was extremely efficient and sent it to my home via UPS. We highly recommend the hotel for its location, service, and the honesty of the staff. Thank you Victoria and the lady that found my ring.”

457 N Rd, Chilmark“Coming down the tree lined path to the inn, I knew this was a special place. We were greeted warmly by Virginia and she immediately wished us a happy anniversary. We were about 5 hours before checkin, so Virginia gave us a coveted Lucy Vincent beach pass and some towels. We were riding our bikes, so she explained how narrow the roads are and where to use caution.
They had the room ready 2 hours before checkin time, and we were greeted by a beautiful pair of swans, gorgeous flowers, and a delectable box of local chocolates. I love the simple aesthetic of these rooms and the water view from our private deck!
There is so much to explore here. They have a sister property, The Beach Plum, where we could get complimentary continental breakfast from 8-10 am. There is a plethora of accommodations here, sure to please any easygoing traveler. The main building has a well equipped game and reading room. They also have a fitness center, another game room with a ping pong table, and an outdoor shower.
The sprawling property pops with lush green grass and vibrant flower beds. There is a meandering path that takes you past the property’s chickens and cows, by a bamboo grove, and across a wooden trail right to Menemsha Beach.
This was our first time staying here, and will definitely not be our last. It’s a little piece of paradise and upon learning they’re open until the end of October, I hope to be back again soon!
Rooms: Classic coastal rooms with a crisp aesthetic. Loved the polished dark wood floors and tiled bathroom.
Nearby activities: Lucy Vincent beach, Aquinnah cliffs, Menemsha beach, Menemsha bike ferry, Chilmark general store and tavern.
Walkability: Within walking distance of Menemsha, where you’ll find a beautiful beach, fish markets, indoor and outdoor restaurants, and shopping.”

15 Beach St, Vineyard Haven“Okay so this place isn’t for everyone. Don’t book it if you need a big room, seriously don’t book anything in New England outside of a Hilton if you need space to do a full acrobatics routine (maybe New England isn’t for you?). Tiny rooms but who is spending their hard earned summer vacation in a hotel room? Tho small the rooms were sufficient for our needs. The location is amazing. Walk straight from the ferry to the spot which is just a block from all the shopping and eats in VH. There’s a lovely deck to grab some sun or catch a view of the harbor. The staff is beyond helpful! This is a charming little gem that looks like a “motel” but feels like something more special.”
“Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff was super helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and had all the necessities, the beach was private and peaceful with chairs and umbrellas. They had great amenities like free coffee, water, towels, coolers etc. The location was walking distance to Main Street and other popular areas. 10/10 would recommend!”

9 Main St, Vineyard Haven“We are so pleased with our choice to stay at The Mansion House! Perfect location, historic building, with spacious and immaculate rooms. They have a full size gym, sauna , steam room, hot tub and a pool! The rooftop cupola was lovely to sit at with a coffee in the morning enjoying the sun to start the day. The continental breakfast offered oatmeal, cold cereal, baked goods, yogurt, juice and coffee. We had minor issues with TV and charging station for our phones and they were dealt with promptly. We couldn’t help but notice the meticulous eye of the manager, Sam Tyree, who was constantly on his toes examining the details of the interior of the building. Emma, Trey and Cordella were helpful and friendly always greeting us with a smile and kind words. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to MV!”
“We ate an anniversary dinner at the Inn, a wonderful four-course meal of oysters, lobster, braised short ribs, and sea bass. Everything was delicious, and we're excited to return. Below is a fuller review of the Inn itself: We had a wonderful time at Lambert's Cove Inn. We stayed one night for our anniversary. Upon arriving to the island, we received two messages from the staff via text. This was wonderful as it allowed us to request early check-in. When we got to the Inn, we were greeted by Galen and Anna. They informed us that we could check in early and gave us a tour of the Inn. The grounds are spectacular. We were very happy to have arrived early as it provided time to take a leisurely walk to the pond, through lush flowers and plans, and near the alpacas. The room was cozy and had a private balcony, which was lovely. The staff had left us a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary. This little detail was amazing.”
