The worst!I scheduled a vaccine and arrived on the appropriate day/time only to be told the my prescription plan denied the vaccine. The informed me to call my plan and find out why and then come back. I called my provider was told my prescription plan covers the vaccine 100%; they could not find any inquiry from Conroy or any denial of services.I called Conroy's the next day to discuss the matter and was then told they do accept my prescription plan. So we went from, 'we accept your plan so I don't know why it was rejected' to 'we don't take your plan'. Just admit you made a mistake.I suggested they perhaps they should verify insurance coverage at the time of scheduling rather than wait...the lady cut me off and said 'have a good day' and hung up.I've heard bad things about Conroy's and I thoroughly understand how they got that reputation.

I'm reluctant to write a negative review of a year-round business I have patronized for over 30 years. Come to think of it, my experience is even more outrageous considering how long I have been a customer. The attitude of the owner refusing to exchange (not even reimburse) a $25. defective Covid test is beyond the pale. The box contained two tests. As I was using one, I noticed that there was barely any fluid in the test tube so that when the test strip was inserted it barely touched the bottom edge. I called the company and was told that the test would not be accurate and to return it where it was purchased. My husband brought the remaining Unused test kit in to show the low level of fluid. No go. He had to buy two more tests. Not even a hint of apology for the inconvenience or concern that other tests on the shelves from this company might be defective.On principle, of course I had to call. Reluctantly, with attitude, she agreed to credit my card. Wow. The lack of grace and concern for the customer is stunning. It's really beyond me...all over 25 bucks.

As a west Tisbury resident, I’m finding it hard to switch to this pharmacy. It’s convenient and is the only place on island to fill this prescription.I have noticed very little consistency in staff. Always a help wanted sign. The people who have worked here are horrible. As a customer I feel judged due to the nature of my prescriptions. The staff is not just rude- not kind and seem to enjoy belittling customers. In a world full of Karen’s- this is where they work.

Have always loved this pharmacy- the staff is always warm and welcoming. The pharmacist and her techs are extremely helpful. There is a large range of gift items, wonderful cards, and anything you could need. The location is right in the heart of west Tisbury with plenty of parking!

This is an appalling business - worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They would not check an emergency prescription for my child, wouldn't run his insurance card, and then would not take back the medicine that was wrong (from that prescription they would not check). The fact that this place is still in business with such horrendous customer service is testimony to a captive audience. On an island, it doesn't matter how bad your business, people still have to go. I will travel OFF Martha's Vineyard to avoid these terrible people.

Island businesses have a captive audience but Conroy Apothecary is without a doubt the worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
