“Problem with the Volvo. We visited the auto repair shop without an apointment on a friday afternoon. The guy there (I wish I would have asked for his name…)took care of us and figured the problem out within minutes. And he didn’t ask for any money. GREAT SERVICE!!!”

“Dave fromAutoeuropa of Matha's Vineyard is AMAZING!! :)) I was about to pay for a 3rd party inspection & then most likely make an offer on a car from another state, 1000 miles away. I could see from the Carfax that Autoeuropa was the last to service this particular vehicle. I left a message to try to get any additional info on true condition & prior service; really anything he could or was willing to share. Dave called me back immediately & had many years of service history & was SO honest sharing all the repairs that would be needed immediately after I purchased. The car needs thousands of dollars $ in repairs, so ultimately I have Dave to thank for saving me @ least 15K, when all was said & done! Dave, I am so beyond grateful to you & will never forget the tragic mistake you prevented me from making... (even more incredible being a stranger from a far, with no benefit to you or your business!)...Wish I lived in MA, so I could bring my BMW to you :) THANK YOU SO MUCH!! “This is for the previous 1star review, by Stan Jarvis, you did not bring the wheelbarrow tire in for repair, Gabriel (Gaby) did, no quote was given to him, he mentioned the tire was ripped and he was told he'd need a new tire and tube, you came in looking for his wheelbarrow tire, and complained about the price.

Lesson number one: never send a child to do a man's job.

You can't go to a business on Martha's vineyard and complain that their prices are too high and have them try to compete with online Amazon / Walmart type of companies, you'll make no friends or business acquaintances that way. If you could get the wheelbarrow tire for $20 delivered to your house you wouldn't have spent the time and money to go to a tire repair shop to get a wheelbarrow tire fixed,

They are moving customers in and out with repairs like no other business on the island,

If as you say in your review "you are consistently the youngest one in the conflict" maybe you might be the problem

You talk about "de-escalation" but then you say you justifiably pushed back there's no justification for that, just say no thank you and leave.

Could have island tire handle it better, yes, but when you degrade and depreciate the work of others and what they charge for it, unfortunate conversations occur.

They will try better next time.”

“Visiting Martha’s Vineyard for a few days this early March. Quick trip to the newly enlarged and renovated Edgartown Stop and Shop with our 2016 Toyota 4Runner turned into a longer than expected trip. Upon getting ready to leave the parking lot - dead battery. A call to AAA will get the car running but what then with a dead 8 year old battery. Not knowing where to take the car, a quick review of available options and reviews pointed me in the right direction - Andrea’s Auto. Conveniently located on the Edgartown-West Tisbury road, I made the call to them and was very pleasantly welcomed and told they would have a battery to be installed in the morning (it was already late afternoon). A quick trip over there, left the car, a reasonable walk home and a new battery installed the next morning. Very reasonably priced, great service and availability. Highly recommend.”

“I struggled to find a mechanic to service my truck, I have a 2018 Tacoma. Debettencourts got me in for my service right away and even took care of my license plate bulb which was out. Honest , fast , and reasonable with prices. Recently I had my 55k service ( oil change and inspection ) I also inquired about my wiper blade as it was on its way out. Mike had a pair exact fit for my truck and replaced them both ( I want to say it was like $40 ) Highly recommend this shop for all your car needs, the gas station sells propane and we always get it from there for the convenience. Total I think it was about an hour I waited ( comfortably inside their waiting area at the gas station ) They pulled my truck right over and had me ready to roll back to work. Not only that but the day prior to my appointment I realized I had a nail in my tire , causing a slow leak it seemed to elude me for days till I saw it, Mike was able plug it for me , and it was cheaper than the alternative. Typical island family and busines, Great people. 4.999/5 Stars ( everyone can improve somewhere but I'm not sure where these guys can improve haha maybe a bigger facility so they can accommodate more customers! ) Keep up the awesome work, I'll returning for any and all my vehicle troubles.”
