TurnPark Art Space is a non-profit sculpture park located in a former quarry, seamlessly blending art with nature. Visitors can explore numerous outdoor sculpture galleries set amidst beautiful woods and meadows, creating a unique experience that feels like a playground for adults. The park features creative pieces dating from the 1970s, providing both humorous and thoughtful perspectives, perfect for sparking conversations. Admission is $10 for adults, while residents of West Stockbridge and children under 12 can enter for free. The galleries and gift shop are open daily from May to October, except Tuesdays, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Although the park is enjoyable, some visitors noted that better signage and maps could enhance the experience, especially regarding the paths to various exhibits. TurnPark is also conveniently located near No. 6 Depot Roastery & Cafe, making it easy to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee after a stroll through the sculptures. Overall, visitors appreciate the well-done art and the reasonable admission price, making it a lovely destination for a few hours of outdoor entertainment. Donations are always welcome, and the grounds remain open year-round for those wishing to enjoy the landscape.
Was not blown away with any of the exhibit. Still, beautiful grounds with lots of potential.
