I used them once before for an oil change and tire rotation and had a very good experience, this time I tried 3× in a little over a week to make an appointment for the same service on their website but they never answered my service requests so I went somewhere else.

Made an appointment for a checkup on my belt since it was squeaking. Walked out with a new belt, new back brakes and rotors, and factory grades spark plugs. Just over 700. Great service. I did wait for the job on the car. It was a little over 4 hours for all of that. Not too bad at all. Thank you guys. I will be bringing grasshopper back to you at some point to get more done.

The manager of this garage is wonderful. Business is lucky to have him. I needed to get tire nut/studs as I could not get new tires on my 2016 Subaru Cross Trek, they found additional work ( wheel bearings, routers, and brake pads) that needed to be done in order for my car to be fully functional. Manager worked with me to get the best deal. I fully intend to use this place for my future car needs. I feel confident driving now. The owner is lucky to have such a great manager.I returned today, 6 mos later. Had low tire pressure light on. Manager determined low air, filled and said I was all set but I said I wanted to know why. It turned out COSTCO when putting on my tires 6 mos ago did not sand down the abrasion on the rim. This manager is super - goods salesman and good to the customers. Owner should keep this guy around!!! Other people in waiting room also said he was wonderful.Service: General repairs & maintenance
