WOW. Beyond disappointed with this place. 5 failed attempts to email me the estimate and still refused to confirm my email with me. After asking each time I called to say I never received it. She was unwilling to even leave her seat to check. The most rude, unhelpful person I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. I'm was paying 5k to them and she couldn't even get the email to me. I voiced my frustration and was hung up on. Its like "we don't care about our customers, we aren't going to do anything to help". "We are already busy take it or leave it" is the attitude this place has. Then they call me back to tell me they refuse to work on my car, explaining it like its because of my insurance. This grown man didn't even have the balls to tell me straight away. Then when I tried to clarify he hung up on me. 4 months I've waited for this appointment and they have the gall to cancel on me 4 days before the appointment? I'm in utter shock at the lack of effort, respect and consideration this place shows to its customers. Its really sad. My car will get fixed but these people should not own a business. Very frustrated. I wanted to support a local business and this is what I get. People have zero decency anymore. Enjoy your day WMC you people are TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

My Jeep Wrangler was side swiped by a pick-up and the left front fender, drivers door, the step was torn off and rear right fender which hit a light pole. They did a great job on the whole Jeep. I have an unusual paint job and they matched it perfectly, and fixed everything nicely. They washed the whole Jeep, and it looked waxed, the inside was cleaned and they left a little jar of paint for touch up. They went over what was done step by step. I was very happy with their work and recommend them.

I would 100 percent reccomend this place to anyone who needs any sort of auto body repair. They are amazing people with compassion and understanding. Not only are they there for their customers but they do amazing work.. i feel confident leaving my car with them.
