If ypu must visit a Verizon store, this is the location to go to and Bob is the representative there who I have found consistently over time, to be courteous, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I went to the store to upgrade one of my phones yesterday. The store was extremely busy so I was put into a que that was a 39 minute wait- due to my disability I asked if someone could call me so I could wait in my car. I got a text in about 20 minutes saying it was my turn and Robert would greet me at the door. Got to the door and Robert was sitting across the room with no effort to greet me at the door (1st poor impression). I explained to Robert what I was looking to do and he explained he could save me 100.00 on an upgrade but if I ordered it online I would save 800.00 and the phone would be delivered to me by Friday because of the holiday. So I purchased the charger I also needed and was off to go make an online purchase. Spoke with Suzanne who was friendly, patience, and professional. I explained the whole experience to her to be told that she could only offer me the same discount as Robert and she was not certain why I was told I would save 800.00. So after my purchase with Suzanne I am able to pick my phone up the next day because it is available in the store as well as all the items I had to purchase with it. I now need to go back to the store again to have all the data transferred over for yet another 30.00. It would have been 1 trip and all completed had Robert done his job. Try to get in touch with someone at the store is a joke. Very upset, disgusted, and extremely disappointed

I just visited the viraizin at this address. I was very dissatisfied with the services provided by you. I've been going to different departments of Virizin for several months and can't solve my problems.
In this branch of Virizin I opened a new line and instead of the promised payments they began to take a lot more money from me, which I am very pleased with every month and it is growing. I come to the department to solve this problem, but they have only dead ends and there is no solution to the problems as soon as they rip off even more money. They have no solution to the problem. I love it. I really do not recommend working, because they build deception on deception.
I am very, very dissatisfied with this phone network.

My family and I received excellent customer service when we visited looking for an explanation of why our monthly plan increased. Jake W. made sure we were taking advantage of every available promotion and that our account utilized the best deals possible to save us money.
I then visited a few days later to add my fiancé to our Verizon plan from AT&T and Jake once again gave us fantastic service. He made the carrier conversion very easy and was able to set up our new device, included in the promo, very quick. His manager was also very kind and provided us an additional promo on our account. I would absolutely recommend visiting for any billing or plan inquiry, phone upgrade, or carrier conversion. They also have the best plan discounts for members of the armed forces, which I would easily advise any veteran to consider.

My son's phone broke this weekend.. Man helped to get him new phone delivered. It was to be overnighted but he explained snow and weekend it wouldn't make it till Monday. He received it Monday afternoon and took it to store to help him setup and transfer his contacts and pictures. Man told him his old phone was broken and couldn't do anything. Explained he had disability and needed help. Too bad! REALLY awful service...No Service! Customer service on phone helped after an hour we got to activate it. Was told store Could have done it easier!

Horrible place went there to have my info transferred from broken phone to new one was told not possible called Verizon at home and my stepmother had my contacts and pictures back within an hour and agent told me the store could have done it! I believe they just didn't want to lazy and Horrible service

I was discriminated by the store manager named Anthony on 11/30/23. I was poorly treated and this is leading to a Federal lawsuit against Verizon and its employees. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WILL REJECT YOU IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE. I AM SUING THEM FOR $50M

Nothing but issues since day one. Got enrolled in the wrong plan, no transparency with charges, spent hours in store only to spend hours later trying to correct over the phone. I don't usually leave negative feedback but this branch and Verizon as a whole has been awful to work with. Customer service and being up front with charges are not high on their list of priorities. Go anywhere instead of Verizon unless you like paying for hidden fees and wasting hours on the phone and in store for what appears to be easy fixes

VERIZON is the WORST. Switch to TMobile. Verizon messed up and took out almost $1300 out of my CHECKING account AFTER I went to this Verizon store with money in hand. And all they can say to me is that a refund can be submitted and I’ll get the money back eventually. I then asked for proof that the refund had been initiated and I could not be given that either. I’m not some big corporation that has that money lying around. Absolutely awful.

The gentleman that helped me set up my new phone was nice and helpful, but I was asking a lot of questions during my setup because this phone is a big upgrade from my last, and whenever I asked him questions I could hear the other two male employees laughing hysterically at me. It’s not really cool to make fun of and laugh at customers, even if their questions might be annoying. Maybe wait until the customer leaves to make fun of them?? That’s why my rating is so low. The really old white male there seems miserable and grumpy. The younger man who helped me was nice, though so it’s a plus. Still love my new phone.
