If ypu must visit a Verizon store, this is the location to go to and Bob is the representative there who I have found consistently over time, to be courteous, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Went in to upgrade my phone. Store was understaffed but the manager did a outstanding job. A+ service thanks.
