I've been going to the same UPS store for the last 16 years. Tara always provides excellent customer service with a smile and great attitude, time and time again. There is a UPS store nearer to me than the UPS Riverdale St in West Springfield, MA, but I make the effort to go to the Riverdale Store because it is always a pleasant experience there and I know the job gets done right! Thank you Tara!

I am going to add to the existing reviews and state that I went there once to get a return processed and the woman behind the counter was incredibly adversarial. She tried to argue that we couldn't use the box that I had (a box that was actually a UPS shipping box to begin with) but then we ended up using it because the store had no equivalent. It was the lack of civility and the meanness that was most jarring. It's obvious the owner has made and will continue to make excuses for his staff. All the negative reviews can't be wrong.

Staff is rude, white male working 2/14/24 evening is condescending.Update: week later and turns out he also didn't do what I paid him to do correctly so now I have to take further steps and deal with the hassle.STAY AWAY!!!

Love it! $10 dollars for A BOX, 6x higher than home depot for the same size. Shame on UPS corporate for price gouging and store operators for taking advantage.
