Units are good spacing, affordable. Hate the lack of 24/7 accessibility. Also ..we have a entry key card but no ?️? key?? He didn't give my daughter a key.....for the unit lock.

Convenient location. Affordable pricing. No fluff. They have free wheeled carts for moving stuff in and out your units. You get a key card to open the lift door. Only real con is that the roads and pathways outside on the way to the units have potholes and bumps galore so be very careful.

Very easy to work with! The driveway could use some work and is rough on the car but everything else is maintained well and prices are very competitive!

Good for affordable storage , con is the roads leading there are absolute rubbish don't plan on going the speed limit. also had a leak right above my unit but in all isn't a bad place for storage

Very busy place and its real hard to find. There are no signs for the place and theres multiple buisneses there. And it's not a 24hr. Facility. You will get locked in. But its very affordable.

Just started using U-Name-It in West Springfield Ma....Great rates.Great straight-forward service.I like that... I just wanted to get my area...and do my thing. The staff here are always keeping the place up. Good all around...One thing to note: The bathrooms in the locker area area very rough. They are working on them....and...there is bathroom in the general office area.

DO NOT RENT HERE! On June 7 I paid first and last months rent which would be June and July. I just went down to my storage unit yesterday on July 13, and they have a giant red padlock on my storage unit that they use for customers that are overdue on their rent. So after paying my rent, renting a U-Haul, And hiring people to come help me empty out my storage unit, instead I got there to find out that I wasted all my money because they locked me out of my unit. Then the man had the nerve to say to me “it was a mistake, you make mistakes too”.
