“Always a good experience here! In and out quickly for a service recall on my 2024 Chevy Trax. Notable during my visit was a nice gentleman who guided me to pull further into the bay to allow other cars behind me. He also opened the door and welcomed me warmly/professionally into the service area. I think he was also the shuttle driver as I saw him drive off moments later. What a nice touch as I've never had that kind of welcome for "service" during my visit in a dealership! Keep it up. I also want to give a shout out to Brian who may be the Manager, not sure. He is always so pleasant and friendly - a real asset to your team. He invited me to sit in the waiting room, but it was crowded. It was such a lovely day I opted to sit outdoors. He went the extra mile and brought one of the high chairs outside for me to use. Kudos and top notch all the way around!!”
“Best experience I’ve ever delt with in the automotive industry. If you ever need any transmission work I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Had a little issue after the rebuild and he took it back no questions asked fixed everything on my time and got me back running better than ever. “I'm 37 and this was the first time I had ever brought a vehicle I owned to have someone else fix. Automatic transmission fixes are not a diy thing. I was nervous at first but once I listened to the boss man talk, I was in. He knew exactly what he was doing and I was going to be well taken care of. It's about a month later and my trucks shifting perfectly, he took the time to tell me everything they did and what upgrades went into it to eliminate the factory issues they come with. Would recommend to anyone.”

He explained to me the possibility of the problem and he kept looking and find out the car possible and took care. He told me to go back if the problem come back. So far so good. “Mark has been an absolute life saver! Keeping my 2010 minivan, with 300K miles, still on the road. Replaced the transmission a couple months ago, perfect. Then did the brakes a few weeks ago, again perfect. Now just saved my rear when my exhaust gave out and I had to travel for the weekend. He got me in this evening, went and got all the parts (a lot of them), and fully replaced the whole exhaust from the manifold back. This thing will hit 500K and all because of Mark!”
