Believe me when I say I visited multiple towns for tire locations (maybe 4 lost count ). I received reasonably good service at those locations , but this location ( West Springfield) is on another level—the best town fare tire service, guaranteed. Derek went above and beyond with a fantastic personality and top-tier customer service. He helped a novice like me understand everything, communicating very clearly and effectively. Y’all better do what you can to keep him!

My job in home care makes me drive a lot every day and I had to change my tires. I went to west springfield store and thanks God, I founded Bill there. Bill was great to me! He helped me get the best for me. It's nice when we find people who care about our well-being and our safety on the roads. I left that day with my new tires and totally grateful to Him. Bill was amazing in the West Springfield Town Fair tire he went above and beyond for me my Jeep rides a lot better than when I first bought it I'd like to thank everybody at Town Fair tire and I will continue coming to buy my tires with them for the rest of my life thank you Bill

Came here a couple weeks ago and Kyle was very helpful with the whole check-in and purchase process. After they finished with my vehicle I went to test the vehicle and unfortunately I continued to have the problem I came for however not as bad. I was outside of the town fair tire checking out the car and Kyle voluntarily came out to help me assess what could be some possibilities of what the issue may be, retighten the lug nut, and reminded me that if something is amiss in the next 30 days, to come back for them to check on the tires. I ended up needing to come back the following week and once again Kyle was very kind and helpful with letting me know other replacement tire options. We came to a conclusion and I was satisfied with the service. Kyle’s customer service was amazing.
