They provided great service and were extremely friendly and helpful. The tires we purchased helped improve our Jeep’s stability and fuel mileage. I would recommend this Tire Warehouse to anyone in need of tire service!!

Two visits in one week. Plugging a flat tire and an alignment. Despite being understaffed, service was quick and efficient. Kudos to manager Scott for keeping an upbeat demeanor despite the steady flow of customers and phone constantly ringing. He earns his keep multitasking. He was manning not only the front counter, but doing hands on work for customers all while working non stop 12 hours days due to staffing. Pricing was excellent, highly competitive i.e. $130 for an alignment. The waiting area is no-frills, but it wasn't a big deal, I wasn't waiting long. I chose Tire Warehouse in West Springfield due to Town Fair Tire in Westfield and West Springfield, as well as Firestone and a local tire shop being backed up with work where it would be at least a day or more until they could help me. It's not often I need tire services on my 2011 Toyota Camry, but I will without a doubt move Tire Warehouse in West Springfield to the top of my go-to list.

Wish I could give it negative stars … been going here a while trusting these people and to find out they weren’t even doing what they said they were doing.
I would always go here for a wheel balance and then wonder why after the fact my car was still shaking and I would go back and spend more money and they would tell me it’s off balance again. How the hell is it off balance everytime I go there when you supposedly balanced them. Long story short I went to a different place, they balanced my wheels and I no longer have an issue! The people there act like they don’t want to work or lie and say they are only doing appointments if they see a small line. And they scratch your rims. These people do not care about you or your vehicle. I promise you. I would never go here again or recommend anyone to go here !

The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly when I walked in.I got exactly What I expected and paid exactly what I was told. Highly recommend going there if you are in need of Tires. It was a good experience considering Everywhere else I went prior Was nothing but a headache.

I’m not from the area and had a flat tire. It was close to closing when I called to see if they could help. The gentleman working waited for me to arrive and replaced my tire for me. I was so grateful and appreciated his help. He definitely deserves 5 stars for all he did.

I went to get my tired checked today because I was nervous there was a slow leak. When I got there there was only one man working because there was a call-out. He was such a hard worker and so polite that I felt like I had to come on here and leave a review! The guys that work here are always so helpful and kind! 6/10/24
