Bought a new mattress. Salesperson said " we take away the old mattress and we are one of the few places that do that for you!". That is one reason I went there! Mattress was delivered today and immediately the delivery guys said they can not take the mattress as there were a couple faint stains on it. I told them I had bought there because they said they would remove the old mattress. Delivery guys were adamant they could not take it. So now there's a mattress in the driveway. Looks just lovely. ( sarcasm). Go elsewhere for your mattresses.

i purchased over $11,000 worth of furniture from this store. i also purchased the insurance that they offered as well. so here it is now a chair is broken and i called in for a replacement. they sent a guy out to declare the broken chair. they sent the wrong chair. it's not even a chair, its the back of a totally different chair. that was sent in october of 2022 and here it is march 2023 and i still have not received the right chair. now im told they dont offer that set anymore so they would give me $99.00 for another table and chair set. what can i purchase out of any of their stores for $99.00, what an insult. i am still awaiting a phone call for this issue to be resloved. please do not purchase the insurance plan and move because they can care less when that happens. thats what they wont tell you! you move and they try to screw you!! i would not recommend this store at at all and i will be contacting bbb in my defense and filing a complaint on them!!! i only gave one star because that was the lowest, they deserve 0 stars!

Their delivery guys damaged newly painted walls and door casings. I contacted the store to let them know about the damage I got a return call letting me know they would have a licensed and insured contractor call me to set up a time to fix the damage. I never received a call. Today I got a text from the salesman I dealt with telling be about a sale. I told him about the unresolved damage and was told that they should have taken care of it. I ended up calling the store and was told I was out of luck and that no one had reached out to me. They don't care about the customer after the sale is complete. I will never spend my money there ever again. I called the care team and was told I had to call the store on Elm St. in W. Spfld, they were no help. I ended disputing part of the charge with my credit card company.

We bought a dining room table in 2021 and within the first couple of months, the finish started chipping. They sent someone out to fix it and it seemed to be okay at first. Within a couple more months, the finish started chipping again in the same place and in a couple of other places on the same leaf of the table. At this point, we are no longer covered under the warranty. We tried to contact the service department several times to pay for it ourselves and can't get a call back. It really sucks to have purchased new furniture that looks terrible within the first year of owning it and to not even be able to pay someone to fix it. I would never purchase furniture here again.

Went in looking for a particular recliner for someone with significant back problems. We had many requirements and with the help oh Michael Stephen we found it. He had so much patience and knowledge that we had a great experience. Thank you to Michael and the rest of the staff.

Bought a sectional about 4 to 5 months ago it is already broken. One side is going completely down.The quality is horrible and cushions were sagging within a week.The delivery people were dragging it across my wooden floor and I had to tell them to pick it up and stop dragging it. Of course I didn't buy a warranty and the sale person asked me a million times about, but there is no reason this couch should be so poorly made. I will not be shopping there. The prices are far too high for the horrible quality.

This review is more for R&F as a whole/quality of this particular bed set. Was in the market for a new bedroom set & purchased the Alara bed set. R&F states it's a platform bed frame but as you can see it's a slat frame. The first time the furniture was delivered, the crew delivered damaged furniture (see pictures) and damaged/scratched our walls during the delivery process. The replacement bed came and same issue with the frame, a slat broke almost instantly. When you review the model in the store there's a bunky board on the display but nobody tells you this so you probably won't think to buy one seeing as how the beds marketed as a platform bed. The customer service has been average at best but don't expect anything prompt to be done. Be mindful of furniture purchased from here.

Where do I start...I am so frustrated with this place, it's unbelievable.Placed an order for roughly $8,000 worth of furniture in August of 2020. They told me I should get everything in 4 weeks.Delay, after delay, after delay... it's now December 23 and I'm still waiting for my couch. Over 5 months! Excuse after excuse, but they do not do anything for you.Delivery itself: they appear to use third party delivery service? It's horrible. I received some of my orders, and delivery is not that great. The drivers appear to be in a huge rush. They slapped the furniture together as if it was some cheap Walmart furniture. Every single chair from the dining room set we bought was wobbly by a good 1 - 2 inches! We asked the tech to fix. He fixed 1 and said he doesn't have time to do so! He said if you put carpet underneath and sit on chair it'll be fine! We were shocked!!! A tech later came out from the store and attempted to fix the chairs. He was able to fix most, but 1 was badly stripped and not fixable due to neglect by the first installer. So now we are waiting for replacement chair. Also, they refused to take off shoes and tracked lots of dirt into new house. Long story short, do NOT buy from them. Their sales staff on the show room floor is very friendly, but the after service is none existing. I spoke to friends, and visited Ashley furniture. Turns out they have IDENTICAL furniture sets, and our friends received all their furniture in 4 weeks. Their prices are cheaper too.We also purchased our kids furniture form fly by night in Northampton and received it in a week! Their delivery was true White glove- they even put down cardboard to not damage our wood floors while bringing In furniture. Much better furniture stores elsewhere..
