Off the grid RUDE for the past 7 months,
depending who answers the phone.
The person who has just commented in the past 4 weeks (below) is totally accurate. Something has gone terribly off kilter with this location.READ the YELP Reviews (2.8 stars). The "rude" description goes back to December 2023--- when a shopper reports being HUNG UP ON. This has been evidently COMMON at this location. Something is wrong. BIG Y BETTER.

Very rude employees. Wouldnt give me change for a 20 even though I just purchased groceries. Teller was very very condescending. Should have used the "Scan your own" line.

Very expensive.for no reason the same product they sell crazy you can buy it from elsewhere with half price or lesser .I only go there for WU service

The set up was not right, in comparation with the others in Holyoke and Northampton which are more easy to find items and re stocking is limited and confusing.
Update. 12/19. I DON'T SEE THE SAVINGS POSTED OUTSIDE.
definitely inflation is everywhere,, some stores restocking is a lot better

Everything is good in this store except the deli! I am shocked at the poor performance and complete lack of customer service skills at their deli. Replace those employees with ones who appreciate having a job and actually try to do their job well and the store would be 5 stars. The way it is now, I go elsewhere.

Store is very clean. Make sure you have most of the day scheduled if you plan on getting anything from the deli counter. 16 minutes to get a pound of cheese....
