I recently visited the Staples store in West Springfield Mass to find a batter back up for my home computer. The sales associates were knowledgeable and very helpful. Not sure that I could have made the right selections without their help. I typically go straight to Staples for office supply needs. Not necessary to shop around.

Let's get one thing straight here the electronic sales associates are so bloody rude when you ask them a simple question about warranties with electronics since I'm good with electronics and asking a simple question about warranties the lady snaps at me like she's biting my freaking head off the people there are so rude and freaking ridiculous I'll never go and call them for any more questions they be nice in the past but I'm I have a question I'm just going to drive down there and if they say something nasty I'm going to say something back and walk away at the store at this point I never want to buy anything at Staples ever again for the rudeness

West Springfield store is clean and easy to navigate! Store associates are also very helpful with the rewards program!

Might not mean anything for the store, but the amazing lady that worked the Amazon counter that donated the packing peanuts for my daughter's egg drop project you were the absolute winner of the day!!! Thank you for putting the smile on her face!!

Went to get something from Amazon locker and asked a worker with blone hair for help but her and the guy that she was talking dud not help just like fir me to try to figure it out was goi g to ask again but the girl was to busy on her phone bad service will not do amazon pick up again

The worst customer service I've ever encountered in a Staples. Only went here because the Westfield store closed. Needless to say I won't be returning .
