I've been going here for years but the service I received this time was not great to say the least. I had given them over a month to look at my taxes and heard nothing. Since the deadline was approaching I thought I should check on it to see if I would have to file an extension. They told me they would check and get back to me. Later on that day, I missed a call which was basically to tell me they found the taxes they forgot about but what upset me even more is that they couldn't even be bothered to leave me a message when they called. I'll be looking for a new place to file my taxes.

I have had Jim as my CPA for over 30 years. He is the best in the business. He stays on top of all the latest tax issues & makes sure his clients are aware of things that could impact them. His staff are helpful & friendly. Highly recommend!
