The manager of this store is so rude and told my husband to hurry up and find a shoe! We understand they where closing 20mins later their sales make no sense and don’t tell you exactly what you can get!! Reasons why I stay with Nike,Adidas, ect.. never again!!

This store does not let their patrons use the restroom. After spending an hour shopping and trying on items, before checking out my partner and I asked to use the restroom.. we were both on our second coffee of the day, having left the house hours prior. An employee stated it was out of order, however I had just left the dressing room area and not only saw a woman come out, but heard the toilet flush. I told this to the employees who continued to deny access. Now they simply stated that it wasn’t for public use. I asked if this was a blanket policy that they applied equally to every customer. They had a hard time answering the question and eventually said they were not for public use. We left the three pairs of shoes and the two pairs of athletic pants we intended to buy behind. We most certainly won’t be shopping here anymore. I won’t support a store with policies like that.

Well , I was way overdue in getting new sneakers,and when I did. Wow it's like first love foot to sneakers. I started walking faster and comfortable. I'm very happy with my purchase. Thank you Sketchers...

I was at this store today and wanted a size 11 in the navy blue floor display model. The woman didn’t want to climb the stairs to get it. She points to the same sneaker, but in black located in a box at ground level. I said to her I don’t want the black I want the navy blue. Her response is “the floor model IS black. The lights in the store must’ve faded it to make it look navy blue.” YES because you see that all the time in shoe stores, sneakers that are faded from the lights. How incredible even the backside of those navy blue sneakers have been faded. The side that’s against the wall and doesn’t even see any light. Besides being lazy, she was also incredibly rude. I left the store immediately. I will never buy another sketchers product ever again.

I bought and wore a new pair of sketchers sneakers for about four days when the bottom pad came loose on the inside under the material. They were defective. They didn’t want to take them back because they would have to throw them away. They said they would do it this one time like she was doing me a big favor for their defective product. She had an attitude. I ended having to buy a more expensive pair because they didn’t have any more in my size. I have since decided to return these too and go elsewhere.
