I was nervous after reading previous reviews. They were either 1 star or 5 stars. All I can say is they deserved 5 stars. The car had a new windshield and sensors readjusted and this was done in record time. They also vacuumed my car and cleaned all my windows. Great job safelight ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy to make an appointment. The technician, Noah, was honest and told me the job might take longer than planned for due to potential recalibration issues. The job was completed without incident. I recommend this location.

DO NOT get your windshield replaced at Safelite AutoGlass! My car sustained over $1,000 in damage after having the windshield replaced. When I realized my windshield wipers were making a horrible sound after getting the windshield replaced, I called safelite. When they told me they thought something needed to be tightened, I was worried. Instead, I brought my car to the dealer to be looked at and learned that they had broken something during the replacement of the windshield that was now causing my wipers to malfunction. I contacted the manager at safelite to let them know of the damage and he refused to drive the 10 minutes to the dealer to inspect the damage and pay for it. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and now have to retain an attorney to recover the money for the damage they caused to my car. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

After rain, my wife found leak, coming on passenger side, so I thought maybe windshield is leaking( 3 weeks before this event, Safelite changed my wife car windshield), after verification, issue was different.
Kelvin technician found crack on B pillar through wich rain was pouring inside the car.
Trough process, Kelvin kept me updated, text, phone call, next door body shop was involved to fix (seal crack).
Kelvin went above and beyond, like your best friend.
Next day my wife car was ready to pick up, crack sealed and windshield installed.
Thank you for help. Appreciate it.

They replaced my windshield in my fj cruiser and broke my hood latch that I fixed and recently my trim above the windshield blew off and broke on the highway and I can't get in touch with a person on the phone

Picked up my car from them and the guy forgot to reset my system after installing a new windshield. My wipers and camera weren’t working. Never coming back here and I recommend nobody does

Wish I could give 0 stars. Car was dropped off prior to drop off time needed for windshield repair. Appointment had been scheduled prior and yet they did not repair windshield. They called hours later stating that they did not have time to service car as they only realized it was on lot hours later. Went to pick up keys and they were on the counter with no one attending counter so anyone could steal keys. Highly do not recommend this place. Please go to other reputable places in Westside for repairs.

Excellent service!! I would highly recommend this company!! I recently had my windshield replaced. When I arrived, I was greeted by Joe one of the technicians and he assessed my windshield issue and took it from there. Prompt service and a job well done guys!! Thank you again!!

I arrived for my 8 AM appointment and was promptly attended to without any waiting time. The waiting room was stocked with coffee, snacks, and a TV, making the hour and 30 minutes I spent there pass by comfortably. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience.

Awful, unprofessional, rescheduled appointment five times, finally had to bring vehicle in after they canceled on site installation five times! Run from this company you have better options for windshield repair.

Dropped my vehicle off before work this morning. Got a text that my appointment had started. Got a follow up that my appointment was cancelled with no explanation. Nobody answered the phone the remainder of the afternoon and they closed at 4pm, not 5pm as it states online.When I got there my windows were left rolled down with my keys sitting on the seat. Can't drive it with the broken window all wrapped and taped so it's stuck there for the next 3 days while they are closed for Christmas.
