I was told my room wasn't ready when I went to check in at the check in time. The person in front of me & behind me had no problem getting their rooms. When I was finally able to check in & got to my room it smelt like cigarettes, the sheets where still on the pull out from whoever used it last.A lot of loud bands on the ceiling coming from room above which lasted on & off for a few hours.When I usually stay at Marriotts it is very nice & not like this.

Had a great experience here this past weekend. Big rooms with 1-2 bedrooms is great when traveling with kids. pool was small but great, kids loved it. West Springfield isn’t the most desirable location but we felt safe at the hotel. Negatives were our maid stunk of cigarettes so the halls and room also stunk of cigs. Pool water was chilly for an indoor pool but not terrible. Eggs at breakfast tasted like soap. Everything else was truly great!Walkability: On The Border restaurant, five guys, and hooters all right next door

Seeing as it's been over 2 weeks since their manager Anna submitted an incident report to their company without a response - I'll post the pictures & videos of the "insects" found in room 304 the morning after showering the night before and sleeping in one of their rooms.Upon going to the sink to brush my teeth, I noticed a type of insect crawling up the sink, I then noticed them in the shower on top of the tub and then noticed approximately 8-10 dead ones in the bed where I had slept the night before.Upon notifying the front desk I potentially had bed bugs in my room (since there were apparently dead ones in the bed where I slept), the employees where apologetic. However, the only thing they could offer me was coins and detergent to wash all of my clothes myself (however I stayed here for work and could not waste 2 hours of my morning washing clothes that I had no idea how many or what type of insects may be on them and risk an infestation in my truck or home).Most follow up with staff has been them mainly diminishing the type of bugs I slept with, showered with, and had my bag full of clothes & tooth brush next to (as if this is normal activity in the hotel). Lip service at best, to try to avoid culpability for as they admitted not detecting prior to my arrival.Rooms: Appear clean and modern, yet evidently have an insect problem. Very nice hotel with nice rooms! I was in a suite complete with a kitchen, stove, dishwasher, and large refrigerator. The room had an open concept, but was a larger room for others. Location is not hard to get to, with plenty of shops, stores, and restaurants nearby!

The entire staff were AMAZING!! It is so trying to travel onbusiness & keepmy fingers crossed I get comfortable accommodations. I WILL definitely make sure when in area again to book here. Clean, inviting & even a fireplace for a calming retreat after 10 hr work days!Bar non- THE most restful business stay I have had in many years. A home away from home. A HUGE Thank you to your entire staff!!!!Appreciate all you provided!!

The issue that I have with the hotel is pet friendly. I don't like dogs and I didn't pay almost 300.00 to listen to dogs barking. The people with the dogs should be on a different floor than people who don't have dogs. Besides that the hotel is
