Vana was excellent. She kept us informed on things we were looking for but yet gave us our space to explore. When we found what we wanted she told us everything about it. We will definitely look her up on our next furniture purchase.

This was my first visit to Raymour & Flanigan in West Springfield and I was impressed with the layout and the feel of the store. What I was even more impressed with was the service I received from Vana! She is amazing! I would buy from her again and again.
