Omar Cox was our salesperson & he was very respectful of us shopping quietly but letting us know he was available. He was very knowledgeable & listened to our concerns and helped us decide on the best recliner for our situation, as well as a new bed, and he made certain we got all available discounts & courtesies.

Linette is such a great listener and showed us exactly what we needed. We returned to purchase a table later that we had looked at and she already had it available for us. Pleasant and efficient process. The layaway option is so user friendly for budgets! We will look again.

I felt that I was being pushed to have my delivery at 2 different times. There was some pcs of my bedroom set that was on order. I also purchased a mattress that was in stock. I wanted to wait for the other pcs of the bedroom and have it all delivered at the same time. The salesman said I’d have to take the delivery of the mattress right away. I called and cx’d the delivery the next day, and made it for when it’s all there.

If you're in the market for new furniture, I highly recommend checking out this outlet. My husband and I had a great experience shopping for a new couch. Omar Cox is a knowledgeable, patient—and, most important, fun salesperson. He helped us find the perfect couch for our house (without the hard sell). We might even return for a mattress. Thanks, Omar (and don't forget to swap out those pillows for us).

Sandra is the best! She walked my partner and I threw all the tech and gadgets each furniture piece we were interested in had. She made sure to tell us every detail to all the different customization you could achieve with the furniture. We ended up customizing the couch to fit our homes space. We couldn't imagine how it would fit or look without her. Thank you Sandra!

Our sales person was friendly and helpful without being pushy. He showed us what we were interested in and answered all of our questions. He spent time with us and helped us narrow down our options and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. It was an easy and pleasant experience.
