On tues me and my special needs child who is also my client who I work for was trying to have a day out only to be falsely accused of STEALING.not only did they do that they embarrassed tf out of us by going thru our ishh right in front of the doors where people is coming in and out I explained how it was triggering my client/daughter she ignored me.took three employees plus me to find two sensors that she ain’t remove the two times she scanned my clothes at the register I felt attacked and set up cuz how does n e one for get not one but two sensors they was rude ghetto and quite frankly they clothes not worth stealing.I have video as well I’m reporting them to corporate for no one shoulda been treated the way we were and their protocol is def not a good one either…..

The fact that I had to witness a Mon and daughter get picked on for something their staff did was disgusting to watch they had them out front by the doors going thru her stuff multiple times.the Manager was rude and loud as well.the embarrassment they went thru I no longer shop at ely rainbows

The lady at rainbow is very racist and rudeShe greet Spanish people whenever they enter n leave the store whenever other person does she treat themLike garbage . I went there to buy a purfume and some clothes Wednesday I ask her if the perfume r good her reply was what u pay for is what u get. She’s always rude and I will never go back there. Whenever I go that store I spend over 300 dollars just for clothes . That Spanish lady is very rude n need to be fired.

Absolutely nice people and beautiful variety selection of clothes. It has a good amount of clothes which are colorful and comfy for low prices. Background music is from good speakers played at a relatively soft volume, and it’s maybe a variety mix of upbeat pop. Wifey seems to like it and we shop here often.

I went in there around 7 PM on Tuesday. I've seen the greeter hanging clothes in the front a young guy. Mostly though I noticed he was on his phone the whole time and he hung 2 items of clothes the whole time I was there. The cashier however a lady name Katiria was super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about there products. When I went to cash out I had a very big order and she asked him for help because there was customers behind me he completely ignored her. She continued to cash me out efficiently with a smile on her face unbothered that he refused to help. In my opinion she should be promoted and he should be fired. She gets 10 ?. He gets 0. Thank you Katiria in W.Sprinfield store for making my shopping experience with Rainbow great. We need more people like her behind the desk she knows what she's doing.

TERRIBLE. I'm giving them 'A SINGLE STAR' because of the lady that greeted us as we walked in. But the Spanish ONLY speaking brunette behind the counter was RUDE! It's sad, people accept jobs because they need money but they take absolutely no pride in that job only the paycheck which I'm sure they do nothing but complain about. If you want a higher paying position perhaps you should get a bit more education or look for a trade. And stay out of the retail industry so that you can leave room for those people who truly need jobs and appreciate the position once they accept it.
