The drivers for this company either lack common sense or respect for other people's property. This was the second time they drove across my front yard to deliver oil to my neighbor. As seen in the picture, they left tracks, and I advise others to consider a company that actually cares. I had my son place the branch in the way so you don't do it again. Come out and fix it!! I would leave zero stars if I could.

The most helpful and kind people I have ever delt with as an oil customer. Thank you so much ladies in the office your always so kind and never judge me when I call for same day service. I'm a very busy and last minute type of a pain in the neck and they have never hesitated to help me in pickle. So thank you for your professionalism and kindness. The woman I just delt with actually wished me better as I clearly sound as sick as I am. I received oil about an hour after I called.

Vickers or Super Petro? Or one of the other names you use?Very suspicious that you use different names for your company and trucks, how is billing supposed to be accurate when I'm writing a check to Vickers Oil but handing it to a person driving a Super Petro truck?

Told me one price and the day I ordered it and it ended up being a lot higher price the next day when they delivered it. I think this is totally false advertising. I have been a customer with them for over 12 years. Very possible to be looking into a new vendor next year

Absolutely the worse company, and even worse the worse customer service myself and my girlfriend ever experienced. They do nothing but lie, and have no problem simply taking your money. Even upper management shame on you! I would love to speak to every single employee in person at this joke of an “establishment”. Better yet let’s have a talk with the “owner” Shame on you folks telling paying customers to figure it out on our own, they could care less if you paid good money for oil and have no heat….and tell customers to figure it out by using YouTube, you need to be a licensed technician in Massachusetts to “tinker” with a oil burner/furance. Shame on you.

I called this morning and got oil delivered within like the next hour.……after calling payless for oil where they make u wait and inspect and lolygag all day VIKERS IS BETTER I WILL ALWAYS BE A CUSTOMER AT VIKERS OIL HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THESE PEOPLE DESEREVE THE 5 star they go above and beyond

What a nightmare. I scheduled my first delivery with Vickers and they spilled oil due to using improper fitting. Instead of taking ownership they keep blaming our system stating that there was a clog. (The driver admitted to me that they used incorrect fitting due to not having the right one on hand). They promised to clean up and stated they would send someone else out which never happened until I called MASS DEP. sadly they were not done placing blame on me and our system after MASS DEP called a new manager called me. They still haven’t cleaned up and I don’t have oil I have already paid for. Not only is this bad service but there now is oil in the ground.
