Both times I've worked with Precision, they've taken excellent care of me and my vehicle. Very friendly and personable staff, technicians included, and the financing options are very convenient. Most importantly, my car rides like a dream! Highly recommend!

Family friendly! Staff are very welcoming and had a comfortable waiting area . Service was extremely fast, they got me in and out quick. Very thorough service and work! Great place to go if you want a complete diagnosis. Explained everything extremely well so I made a well informed decision . Will definitely be coming back for maintenance service !

I am so thankful to Precision for helping me with my check engine light. They did the diagnostics on my car, figured the problem and fixed it for me the next day. Their customer service is amazing!! I would most definitely reccomend them to anyone.

I love coming here when my car starts acting up, Amy is very nice and helpful she always makes me feel better of the situation. Matt also makes sure to put my mind at peace by explaining everything that needs to get done. And even after you leave they make sure to give you courtesy calls to make sure your vehicle is still running smoothly. I definitely recommend them as my #1 place to go.

Matt and his crew at Precision Auto are amazing and go way over and above expectations. I own an older car and want to preserve it as long as I can. Matt explained all my options and we set up a plan to keep my car running smoothly on budget. He saved me a boat load of cash salvaging the parts he could. I know the dealer would have been twice the price ! His shop is clean and well run. All the techs are professional and NICE. Highly recommend!

The Team at Precision Auto are awesome! They did a great job on my PT Cruiser. I am Also really impressed on there guarentee and how they called me the following week to find out if I had any issues at all, which I didn't. I highly recommend Precision Auto.

Absolutely pleased with every aspect of service from Precision. Took my sports car there and they treated both me and my car with respect and kept me informed every step of the way. Very informative with no pressure at all to get work done. Super thorough with checking the car out, top to bottom. Highly recommend sending even your most precious autos here.

Best auto repair service I have ever had, hands down. Knowledgeable main office staff that know what they're talking about, super nice and communicate really well. Techhnicians get the job done right. They even take a ride with you so you're on the same page about your car issues. Diagnostic fee is a little steeper than im used to, but well worth it to get the issue diagnoaed correctly the first time. Best if you plan ahead and leave your car there if you can since they're pretty busy.
Update: two years later I still feel the same way. A++ customer service and reliable technicians.

I'm a man of color and I felt very uncomfortable and felt like I was not welcome in this place of business.. After seeing your response it's ironic how you didn't tell the truth. I had am appointment and was asked several times "I thought you weren't waiting here? And if you're planning to wait, we will have to reschedule!" Amy was overly concerned on wether I was waiting or leaving.I made my appointment a week in advance and already waited an hour. I planned to pay cash had it been a minor issue. Amy claimed my car was overheating and believed there was more damage then what was suggested...RED FLAG! My Mercedes had a very minut leak and was visible where it came from. I asked my car to be brought out because of the misinformation that was given. My vehicle has been maintained strictly at BMW until now. How do you determine how bad a leak is by driving it around the corner and never opening the hood? I only came to the shop after my daughter had her AC charged there and was recommended by my extended warranty. The mechanic stated he likes to see the temp at 80 and my norm is 84. In my opinion, this was a way to male more money and Amy definitely had an issue w appearance. The older white woman that came as a walk in wasn't asked to leave! I will continue doing business w professionals that not only will the issue it came in for, but also don't mislead or mistreat their customers. Wors of advice from one business owner to another....accept responsibility, even if on a public forum. I've noticed the defensive behaviors and negative attitude to those that aren't friends and/or family

Racist vibes. They didn't want us 'waiting' for our vehicle and had scheduled a week prior. Amy claimed our car had more damage then we thought and our car was overheating, yet Matt said otherwise. Not trustworthy, and look for ways to get money for services not needed!

Words cannot describe the refreshing feeling of ice cold AC on a sweltering day - thanks to Precision Auto. Everyone there was extremely professional, friendly and approachable, and their work was top tier quality. Our AC was getting spotty and failing intermittently. They were able to run a diagnostic, order + replace the AC compressor, recharge the system, rotate the tires, ALL in the same day! We'll be cruising to the beach happy as clams now. Will definitely be back for future jobs and highly recommend Precision! Thanks again.

These folks are the real deal. Excellent quality auto service and repair. Very fast turnaround time. Great prices. And outstanding customer service and follow-up -- both Matt and Amy checked in with me a few days later to make sure I was completely happy with the quality of the work. Very highly recommended!
