Was looking to get my hair done everywhere I go was booked but needed this last minute haircut nothing big just a regular man haircut found this place in West Springfield called Katerina's Beauty Salon spoke to this beautiful women I mean OMG she was also booked but in a nice sweet tone of voice she said to me if you hang around for a bit I'm sure I can help you best thing i've heard all day and her voice I said to myself OMG if she has a voice that sweet I'm hanging so I did, didn't wait much so she begins with the wash OMG what a filling I was having I never experienced nothing like that having someone washing my hair so then she begins to cut didn't want to look in the mirror until she was done and let me tell you it was the best I ever had felt great when I left so from the second I entered the door and left I felt special and welcomed I would go there at anytime but I make sure I make an appointment next time I need my hair done Thanks Katerina's Beauty Salon you're the BEST
