Had Nescor come and give me a quote for gutters on my home took about 10-15 minutes to measure everything out. Then their salesman grilled me through an hour and a half high pressure sales pitch just to give me a price of 9234 dollars. He then called his boss about a (first time customer discount) which was basically his boss grilling me. They offered an unethical discounted price that was only good if I agreed to it right then and there for 6000. All of this took close to 2 hours when I only asked for a quote. Felt more like they were trying to sell me a time share 10/10 would not recommend or call back.

The sales representative was informative on the products that were shared with us. He explained everything in detail. We did not feel pressured during the process. After signing the agreement we still had several questions and he was always available to answer or get the answer for us.
From the delivery of the material to the installation process it was excellent. They were all very polite and left our property clean.
We had one concern and they came out to the house the very next day to address our concern. We are very pleased with the out come and the roof looks beautiful.

THE WORST EVER!
I posted this 8/12/24. I get this response 8/13/24 that “ you would like to discuss this and make things right”. Why now? You didn’t want to discuss this with me when I made repeated calls starting 3/24 and never got a response. You didn’t care to “make things right” until I made public poor review. Nice canned response to a complaint. Probably a good idea for you to have one given the poor quality of work you do. You’ll be needing one often.

Nescor did a fantastic job installing our new windows on our house they look great! Every part of our experience with this company was great from sale to install. Honestly Sam was one of best sales people we have ever dealt with!

Josh was great, patient, and very knowledgeable about windows. I was impressed with the presentation and explanation of the product. I am excited to see the finished install.
Update: The install went great. I love the side sliding windows. There was a small issue with the screens, but was quickly rectified. Thanks for the great job. Would recommend.

dont believe the hype, they dont stand by their windows, i have a windows from them from 20 years ago, EVERY single window they replaced has failed. First one happened 3 years in, then 5 years in. at first they replaced the defective windows, then they started charging. Then they said subcontractor installed so no warranty, NO where in my contract does it say that. Then they started charging $75 per window for replacement, then $150 per window. i still have original contract that states, LIFETIME warranty for as long as i own the home. Still have 2 of their windows that are broken and need replacing, but they wont do it. they flat out said to sue them. They said they will replace them but at a 15% discount off of FULL price. They started off good and have fallen off the cliff of "we dont care" Save your time money and go with a better quality and better recognized company. These guys were big in the 90's. Today im shocked they are still in business, worst customer service ive ever dealt with. They really do not care. especially after you get past the 10 year mark. At 10 years in every single window i got from them has failed. 15 windows, everyone broke, failed or fogged up. EVERY SINGLE WINDOW.

Nescor was everything they said they would be. We were having massive water damage to overflowing gutters and needed them to correct our issue quickly. We had our new water management system installed within two days of the initial visit! Devyn was fantastic with helping us choose the right system! It was a pleasure doing business with him!

I used NESCOR to replace the gutter system on my house. The salesman showed up and went through all the options I had to pick the right gutters for my house. Today a two man crew came to remove the old gutters and install the new ones. They worked like professional workers and did a great job. After they were done they cleaned up and there job looks great. If I have more work to be done, NESCOR will be my first choice.

Staff( sales/measureers/installers) of our new living rm bay window were very easy and accommodating to work with during the entire process-from ordering to final installation!! The process went very smoothly. The installers were extremely pleasant to talk with-punctual/professional/informative/stellar woodworking finishings done around the window itself indoors. Exactly what I wanted and expected for this window. Perfect-excellent strong work!! Strongly recommend this company for anyone’s home improvement needs!!!
