Absolutely outstanding service both times I've been to Mike's Auto Service. Once for my struts and once for my starter. Everyone was helpful, honest, and kind!! I won't bring my car anywhere but here! No unnecessary repairs, no additional charges for things not broken, no nonsense. I would recommend this place to anyone! Also hold onto those coupons they send in the mail!

Mike & Lori at Mike’s Auto Service & Repair in West Springfield they are great respectful people.
The shop is well maintained the services are amazing by well trained professional mechanics and is very reasonably priced.
I have come here a few times for major auto repairs axle, belts, tires, alignments, brakes,window motor repairs,oil changes and state inspection’s they do everything here to my Honda. I am grateful to them after having some terrible experiences with other shops at much higher prices. Thank you!

Came here for the second time, great service. I was dissatisfied at first because of misunderstanding with the front desk but Vinny helped me out its was quick. Vinny is great problemsolver and he knows very well how to deal with customer service. Best place for inspections.

I brought my car in for an oil change and general maintenance inspection. The technician and Lori brought me out to my vehicle to show me a couple issues that needed be dealt with pretty quickly. I was able to bring me car back the next day to complete the work. Mike's Auto Service & Repair is my go-to shop. They are always so pleasant and their work is always thoroughly completed! Whenever I need work done, I will always take my vehicle to Mike's!

I just want to share that once again my truck wanted to visit Mike's. I am blessed to be able to get help not only for great price, but also in a timely time. Was so lucky too as my car got jealous and wanted a visit. Great straight forward but pleasant and helpful people.

Why do you talk to us like dirt? I came here on advice and they talked to me as if I had committed a crime. The woman was so scared it was like the devil was coming down from the sky. You hurt people with your attitude.

Top notch customer service! Always quick and pleasant when making appointments. Went in for an oil change before our summer vacation(4 hour drive the next day) and they found a nail in my tire. Although they couldn’t repair or replace they potentially save us a flat tire on the highway or an accident by their thorough inspection of the vehicle. I was able to get them replaced that afternoon at the tire shop. Thank You Mikes for saving our vacation!
