91 Union St, West Springfield“Exceptional facility! My wife and I have been members here since we moved to the area in 2000, right through the Gold's, Club Fitness and Powerhouse years. The same owner has continually improved all the cardio and resistance equipment with a nice mix of free weights, plate loaded and selectorized cable machines that are perfectly maintained. New top quality pieces coming every few months! A second workout area has just been opened up featuring a strength and conditioning area along with a lower body shaping section. Staff is friendly and receptive and everything is suprisingly clean for a gym. They sell name brand popular clothes, frozen meals and supplements at the front desk and they are all fairly priced along with memberships. Nice mix of members (who are mostly well behaved and courteous) from fitness oriented folks all the way up to a some hardcore bodybuilders and powerlifters, which is reflected in the variety of the equipment for different goals. In total, the place is quite large but it can get crowded on weekdays between 4 and 7 PM (like most gyms) so plan accordingly. I Highly recommend and appreciate this facility. “Jim is a great personal trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable in what he does and personalizes workouts to fit the clients’ needs. He is kind, supportive, and passionate. He is a great motivator and pushes his clients to do their best but knows that everyone’s best looks different day to day.When I started working out, I didn’t know what to do, especially with upper body exercises. The machines bored me and I would get discouraged easily. I started with Jim saying I my goal was to get toned and to feel better about myself, which at that point I hadn’t felt good about myself in a while. Jim listened to what I liked to do working out, and what I struggled with. He made a workout plan that I ended up really enjoying, and I started seeing some results relatively quickly. I saw the weights I was lifting and working with going up, and I started to get more confidence in myself. After a few months I am seeing that I am toning up how I wanted, and I feel so much better about myself. I am now looking in the mirror feeling happy, and not pointing out everything I want to change. Jim motivated me to work hard and push through when the workouts became tough. He has been supportive and made me realize that my best may look different sometimes and that is okay. He created a workout plan that allows me and my husband to work together, and we are both seeing results we wanted. We now look forward to going to the gym even if the workouts aren’t our favorite exercises. Jim has been so supportive and understanding when work or being sick keeps us from our appointments. He has been so wonderful to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to start a healthier lifestyle!”

“I was looking for something other then the plant fitness a place with direction and motivation. I found it with Burn 30. The plan that Tim put together for me has made a massive change for me. Rachel who coaches the classes that I go to frequently is excellent. The people who have been there awhile are super friendly and don't look judge. I have been here just over 10 weeks and workout 3 to 4 times a week, have lost about 5 inches in my belly and am down 2 pant sizes already.
