Horrible!!! After buying a new controller plus extended warranty a few month later my controller stopped workin, i bring it back to exchange it, all of a sudden they changed the policy on us and we’re forced to get a used controller or refurbished!!! Mind you, I paid for the original agreement which it was for a brand new one. Great job Game Stop!!! you will keep on loosing customers.

Wish they would let you pick your own Pokémon booster bundles and sets. They are nice and knowledgeable guys but they pull these bundles from underneath the front counter and that’s what you get. Makes me think “weighted”. But that’s just a hunch on account of me buying multiple bundles/packs/sets and not getting ANY hits…??♂️ That’s all conjecture with no proof but just a tad shady tho.

Bald short guy trying to act like a security guard at the door at 6:59 not letting me in pointing at the not smoking sign talking to me through the glass so i had no idea what he was saying and then he let 2 customers out and i finally asked can i just pick up my playstation its a mobile order and he just shook his head no and closed the door. Guy is a joke hope he gets fired , literally wouldve taken 30 seconds AND they said they close at 8pm online on sunday not 7. Very unpleased with this place seeming i just spent 530 dollars on a playstation and cant even pick it up. I watched what he did after closing the door and he just started chatting with the other worker behind the counter for 5 minutes not even starting the closing routine. Worst experience ive honestly ever had lol guys a pos.

I came in to use my warranty on a go-tcha. They were all friendly as usual and even gave me great advice with Spiderman 2 crashing my ps5.

Stopped in and needed some help choosing a game. Spoke with Andrew, who was tremendously helpful. We discussed what games I struggled with, and ones I liked. He listened, asked probing questions, made suggestions, and helped me to select a game I adore - outstanding customer service! Sure, we can shop online, but sometimes it's that human interaction that makes all the difference.

Good employees but the changes in company policies to try and keep from going under are bringing them further and further apart from their clientele and what makes them what they were in the first place. I don't see them being around much longer.

After a bad experience I traveled to the small store in West Springfield to be greeted with respect and helped without issues. I did not know til after my transaction I was helped by the store manager, Adam who was great. I only been to this location less than a handful of times since it’s so small but this is where the company puts the best customer service. I will be returning when I am in the market. Thank you for great customer service and making me feel welcomed in your store.
