We were looking for prom rentals for my son Dylan. I must say this is by far the most professional staff you can possibly deal with. We were sized during our first visit. They had our rental ready and waiting by the very next day! Support our local stores like this one. The suit was a perfect fit and my son looked amazing because of your staff. He had a great prom experience starting with your staff.

Formal Affair is the only place I will go. They are so kind and understanding and Audete the store manager and the rest go above and beyond. I rented a vest and pants and bowtie from here and had it all fitted. I was going to wear it for a daddy daughter date with my kid but she ended up getting sick. Instead of Audete saying ohhh darn she insisted I call back when my daughter and I wanted to go on a date and she would let me have the outfit back free of charge. I know a tux or vest isnt a everyday thing but I do know I will NEVER rent from anyone else. Formal Affair has a customer for life just based on this interaction and me leaving feeling happy knowing that ill still be able to dress as snazzy as I intended for my little girl.Thank you Formal Affair and Thank you Audete.

Got tuxedos for the groom and family for our wedding from here. They are awesome and super professional! My brothers came from out of town and they were able to get them tuxes on short notice when they arrived for the wedding weekend. Super easy process through and through. Everyone looked fantastic!

What a joke this place is. Not one tux in the wedding party didn't have an issue from missing pant's buttons to shoes falling apart. The tux had a look of a toddler suit with everything adjustable except the shirt that was measured for that didn't fit. Almost $250 for a tux that looked like a clown suit! Big box stores definitely know how to run things, that's where I will be taking future business.

Excellent service. Very efficient and friendly. Rented a tux for my son's prom. Fit perfectly and looked gorgeous. Picked up the day before prom and return was 1-2 days after. Very convenient. Price was excellent, especially with the prom special. Highly recommended.
