Went in there to get fitted. Shoes don’t fit. Way too big. Can’t return as I threw the box out. Expensive pair of ASICS that I’m throwing out. Will never go back

Joe was very courteous, knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. The store was easy to find and I was able to find nearby parking. I was very pleased with the sneakers that Joe suggested and purchased the first pair he had me try on. The sale went very smoothly and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I am very thankful to a family member who referred me to this establishment. Overall excellent experience!!

Joey was so helpful in finding the right shoes for me based on my needs/problems. I'm not exaggerating when I say the shoes I ended up purchasing have dramatically reduced the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend this shop.

I went to Fast Feet yesterday and got professional advice on which type of sneakers to buy. I'm starting to take up running at the age of 65 so I sought advice from someone who knows about running and footwear. Got great advice from a young lady. I bought a pear of Brooks. Now it's time to hit the road running lol. Thank you Fast Feet.

This was my first time at Fast Feet. I am a walker with shin splints. I was given a lot of help and choices of sneakers. I would highly recommend Fast Feet.

I just left another seemingly good running shoe store in longmeadow, because not only do they not carry one of the most notable shoes you can buy for over pronation and stability, but the salesperson either did not know how to order shoes, or straight up lied to my face....If you want direct, upfront salespeople that actually know how to do their jobs and help you, then go to fast feet in west Springfield.I called, told them what i wanted, walked in, paid and left.I have been here many times before, and there is no fancy shoe fitting process unlike the store in longmeadow...these people can tell what you need by the way you walk....ask you appropriate questions and help you find the right product...nothing fancy about it.These people do not try to upsell you, or make you try on a product you don't want, which is what the competition is doing.I am a simple guy, Ive found a great shoe (the Brooks Beast) I like that I've been wearing for over 12 years, and this store makes it easy for me to come in and get what I want and leave.
