We are very pleased with our new kitchen and our experience with Express Kitchens. The saleslady was extremely helpful and the workmen did an amazing job. Like with any projects, there were minor hick ups, but Express Kitchens was very responsive to addressing any issues that arose. I would recommend Express Kitchen to anyone who is remodeling an existing kitchen.

I decided to get my kitchen redone and after several quotes I ended up going with Express kitchens out of West springfield. I am very satisfied in the overall experience. Darlene in the West Springfield office was fantastic. The quality of the materials is great and the installation team was fantastic. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Express kitchens for remodeling.

Bought cabinets less than year ago. Two of the large panels had defects that weren’t noticeable until lighting changed and still haven’t heard back.

Our cabinet installation went very smooth. The guy worked very hard and long hours to get it done as quickly as possible. The job was completed in a day and a half and the results exceeded our expectations.

We had a superb experience! What really made the greatest difference in the places we compared was having the best project manager, Darlene Stetson. She is so organized, detail oriented and innovative with kitchen design that I would not have done this any other way if I had to do a kitchen makeover again. Also, Peter from Express Kitchens was so organized with the timeline and confirming dates throughout the project. It was an ideal turn around time-wise, no delays. We changed our mind on a few things along the way and it was all refigured by Darlene, very smoothly. Brian was expert at installing the kitchen. Thank you so much! We are so happy!

Absolutely amazing experience! Darlene is incredible in the West Springfield store. Her design talent and customer service skills would be a blessing to any company, and most certainly Express Kitchens is blessed to have her represent such a huge aspect of their name. She is amazing!!! Also worked from there with Peter Adoretti who made sure scheduling and any further reconfiguring of design needs were met with care, -awesome customer service with him!! Also worked with Molly in the granite department! Absolutely adored her as well. Her eye and assistance in guiding the customer so they would be most satisfied with the granite was spot on! She made the granite process a fun one, and not dreadful which added and enhanced this total experience. Brian our installer was absolutely incredible-detail oriented -we appreciate all who we worked with! These ones made such a great experience from beginning to the end! No complaints at all! So looking forward to using them again. Thank you all truly! 5 stars all the way!

Darlene at the West Springfield Express Kitchens location was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was excellent not only with redesigning my new kitchen layout but she also answered any questions I had promptly whether in person, email or over the phone. Darlene was so very helpful in every way throughout this process. She definitely knows what she is doing. She even went as far as allowing me to borrow a sample of the granite countertop to help me pick out flooring and backsplash. I give Darlene 5 stars as well as Express Kitchens. Thank you so much Darlene for everything!

Greg was our salesman and was the WORST salesman we have ever encountered we had been there once ir twice before we decided to order our granite counter tops from them we had home depot do most of our kitchen EK beat the price on the counter tops. So we had spent 1.5 hrs on msi (granite wholesaler site) picking out our slab like July 12th we paid, 3.5 weeks we call cause we haven't heard anything from them Greg says he doesn't know anything about it and makes an apointment to refresh his memory. So a week later we go back in and sit down and ge proceeds to tell us that we really didn't pick anything out and we have to re choose a slab and Boston MSI doesn't have a polished slab we want but there's one in NJ... and he proceeds to tell us we have to drive to Elizabeth nj to pick out a slab and say "oh that's a pisser" sucks to be you. We both are upset.. he then proceeds to tell us he doesn't need our s*** and said ill refund your money it doesn't matter to me.. We said fine and walked out and went to home depot and purchased the granite counter tops..

During a time when businesses are struggling you would think there would be a focus on customer service. Nope I guess not. It should not be this difficult to work with a company especially when you are planning in spending tens of thousands of dollars. I will be moving on to a company that understands customer service. I highly recommend NOT using this company.

Went to the West Springfield store today to pick out some things. My first time there (and last!). Door was locked. I double checked their hours to make sure they were open, they are. I tried calling. Finally a guy hesitantly came to the door, cracked it open and and in an absolutely disgusted tone told me that he was “trying to eat his lunch!” I said “I was here to SHOP and I thought you were open??” He shrugged his shoulders shut/locked the door in my face and staggered back (to his lunch?) Apparently they don’t need business??? WOW
