From the time I walked into David’s the whole experience was way above expectations. I found my mother of the bride dress within 10-15 minutes with the help of a very knowledgeable consultant. First dress I put on I knew it was perfect before she even had it zipped up. What clenched the sale was the pockets in the dress, and the price. Way below what I had expected to pay. At the same time they scheduled an appointment for alterations for me. The woman who did the alterations was amazing. A week later I picked up the dress and it was better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend David’s Bridal in West Springfield.

Thank you to Kait, who was so amazing at helping my daughter find the perfect dress for her wedding, and to the seamstress, Nee, for her helpful advice with the fitting and suggestions on alterations. Everyone at this store was simply fabulous!!

NGHI DAO, was amazing from the moment I walk in. This was my second visit, something about this visit was different. The level of patience she had, Nghi took her time with me and assured me that I would love the final result. At my final fitting I was accompanied by my mother, my two daughters and my oldest two sisters. Night treated us like her family and continued to make us feel welcome we took pictures together it was an amazing feeling. Nghi Dao was my alterations manager and with me from the very initial appointment. She WAS Absolutely wonderful and ensured I understood everything of the process and that I was able to have input. Her energy is so caring and positive it just made the whole process exciting and emotional. Now ...the magic she pulled on making my wedding dress absolutely perfect is insane. My dress is stunning and fits me like a glove. She worked through 4 layers and tons of beading with ease. She's a pro and really knows what she is doing and I highly recommend her to any bride. If you want a stress free and seamless process, ask for Nghi (pronounced knee).

Found the perfect dress the day I found out I was pregnant! Went thru two different fittings and Svetlana had perfectly planned out letting out enough room for my growing belly. Came back for pick up 3 days before the wedding and the dress fit wonderfully again. Can’t thank them enough!

My sister in-law and and I went to pick out a last minute wedding dress. Galia was a massive help with alterations, organizing everything for pickup, and providing such kind advice and service. We were assisted promptly and my sister in law got her dream wedding dress even though her wedding was less than 2 weeks away. They made it happen. They were so wonderful! All the staff in the store helped assist us in the dressing room too.

They are GREAT!! If you don't quite know exactly what you're looking for and need guidance / advice, this place has experts to help. They don't push but listen & help. I've ALWAYS made appointments to secure a team member & I'd highly recommend doing so because they do get busy. I've had ZERO issues here & would highly recommend. Still going back for the rest of the important parties in the wedding & I wouldn't have it any other way!
