The hotel itself, isn't awful. It certainly isn't great but I've been to worse. There's some real basic cleaning that could be done; cobwebs on the windows in the breakfast room, walls could use a wipe down from spilled drinks etc. the bed sheets seemed clean but the bed skirts needed to be washed.
The pool does NOT look as nice as advertised but was still swimmable.
Staff were nice, the girl who checked us in especially.
My biggest complaint would be the price. This is not $170 a night hotel, which is what I paid for a double room. This is $100 hotel max! I get inflation is a thing but I have stayed at far better hotels for that price or a touch more.

Honestly, I could go on for an hour about how horrible an experience it was to stay at comfort inn.
The room smelled like mildew, the ceiling was damaged, and the shower was damaged. The lamps were damaged and did not work. The sheets had stains, and there were bugs everywhere.
Just an overall unpleasant experience, and I would never stay there again.
The staff was very nice. But besides that, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired.

Traveling through and stayed one night. Room was over $200. Hallway reeked of tobacco smoke even though it was supposed to be smoke free. Damage all over the room. Breakfast is over by 0900. Walls are paper thin so we listened to the screaming kids next door all night. Would not recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying here. Jasmine helped me book a room and she was very professional. She deserves a promotion. She was patient with me even with kids roaming around while she helped me book a room. Very courteous and I understand as a parent, these kids can sometimes get out of hand, but she helped me keep an eye on the kids by letting me know they were in the dining room while we were booking the hotel.
Parents, please keep a close eye on your kids if you’re staying here and be courteous to the workers and other visitors. Together, we can make it an enjoyable stay and less work on the staff by playing our part.
I highly recommend this hotel for families. I enjoyed the stay and look forward to staying there again. Thank you to all the staff. It was a pleasure speaking with you guys and I wish you all well.

I’ve visited and stayed nights before! Never had a bad experience! People complain about it but if they wanted something 5 star they should go to a hotel not a motel! Breakfast is great! Not a big selection but thanks for even providing any type of breakfast! Sometimes hotels don’t even ave breakfast yet they charge so much! Staff is friendly and very accommodating… no complaints I’ve been to worse places and this isn’t a bad place at all.. great location great staff decent rooms for a weekend stay or one night stay

Rooms are disgusting. No bottle water for sale. Hands down the worst stay I have had in a long time. Bed sheets are clearly not changed

Location was in middle of warehouse / industrial area. Noisy next to busy road. Shabby common areas, heating was difficult to adjust. Pool which was advertised as being open wasn't. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff was great

Location is great for us. Close to family. Breakfast was horrible. Litter outside is disgusting. It took me a bit of time to get the attention of the front desk. This location used to be outstanding. We've been visiting for many many years. Everything is quickly going downhill. As a Diamond member I expected much more. Did not even get a thank you or offer of a snack or extra points. Wake up before you lose it all.

Everything in the room was worn out. Rugs, tables. Everything feels sticky. Hope they do a redo soon. Breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The staff were excellent. Great restaurants. Close to the highway.Rooms: Need work.Nearby activities: Lot of things to do. The Yankee candle store is only 18 minutes away. Love that story. Lots to doSafety: Felt safe. Lots of cameras. Need key to get through the building. Pool, stair ways.Food & drinks: Great restaurants
