Salesman was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous throughout the experience. Was thorough in explaining all aspects of the vehicle. Overall, we are pleased with the purchase!

Horrendous experience. The vehicle servicing/customer service is atrocious. Advisor Christopher 1771 doesn’t seem to care - was attempting to coordinate if I needed to rent a car. Called servicing and I was advised I’ll get a call back in a few minutes. Hours and multiple calls later finally got a hold of Christopher. At this point it was half hour to closing (after the dealership requested to keep my car overnight and not offer a curtesy vehicle advising I have to pay for one also having to call out from my job because of this) I was advised of a laundry list of oil leaks - after already being charged $178.00 twice for a diagnostic fee. Now changed another $178 for the same problem that was never addressed. I’ve dealt with Christopher every time and every time it was a poor experience: hard to get ahold of and does not return calls, clearly indifferent to the customers needs or experience. I spent close to $2,000 the vehicle is still leaking oil. I’d like to give the mechanics the benefit of the doubt but it seems the culture and atmosphere there is very lackadaisical and not interested in helping anyone, building client trust or retaining clients. I would highly advise any Chevy owners to look elsewhere for servicing. Very high prices yet the job will not be done correctly or at all.

My engine light was on, so I called the dealership to make an appointment for service. The woman that I spoke with to make the appt. gave me the appointment for the next morning at 8:45 a.m. I needed to drop off my vehicle that same day due to transportation issues and me having to work the morning of my appt., and she would not accommodate me. She gave me the option of dropping it off after the dealership closed. I asked what the difference was if I was to drop it off at 3:00 or 5:00 after the dealership was closed. She said, "we don't do that". I then asked her what time the dealership closed and she said, I "think" 4:30. You "think" ??? I replied. So, after that conversation I had made arrangements to have someone pick me up at the dealership @ 5:00, assuming they were already closed, I was looking for the drop box to leave my key and an employee walked out the back door to the service department. I asked where the drop box was and he said I could just go in the service department and leave my key and told me they were open until 5:30, that's not what the woman making the appointment told me.Why didn't the woman making my appointment for me know what time the service department closed? It was a problem for her, but not for them to leave my key and sign the paperwork when I arrived. So now the service advisor goes out to my vehicle to check the mileage and tag my car. He comes back in and says he hooked it up to the diagnostics and it looks like I need a new transmission, proceeds to tell I would need a new one and because it was a newer vehicle that they would not be able to fix it until the end of January due to only a couple technicians being able to work on electrical transmissions?? That is not acceptable. Why would a Service advisor rule out what I needed done without a technician looking at it first? Needless to say, at this point I am upset. You sold me the car and don't have qualified technicians to work on the vehicle in a proper amount of time. The day of my appointment, again my appointment was at 8:45 a.m., and at 2:00 p.m. I still did not receive a phone call on the status of my vehicle, so I decided to call the dealership. They said my oil change was done but it appeared that I only needed to have my transmission fluid flushed out. Why couldn't they call me right away to let me know what was going on? He made it sound like the oil change and determination had been made hours ago. The service advisor was talking so fast, clearly, he was in a hurry, and I didn't understand what was going on. So, I asked him so I could understand that it just needed to be flushed out and he said yes, hopefully that is the problem. Again, I am frustrated. Because "hopefully" that is the problem. Now, I ask if they can perform the work that day and he said yes, your car will be ready in about an hour, hour and a half top. I let him know that I would be getting dropped off around 4:30, and he said it would absolutely be ready. I get there at 4:30 and my car is still not ready and had to wait an additional 45 minutes. I received a text in the waiting room that my service was complete, I waited about 5 more minutes, walked up to the receptionist and she said, it's still not ready, but you are sending me a text that it is. 10 minutes later my service advisor comes out, says I am all set and doesn't say 1 word about what was done or what I should be concerned about. I asked the receptionist to get him because I had questions about the work performed and I was basically told, I should be good, just keep an eye on it and make sure the engine light does not go back on. Very unprofessional. I didn't need to him to tell me that, it's common sense. Now, my invoice is ridiculous, $778.16, I was charged $180.00 for a diagnostic quote, that was not accurate, and my labor is an additional $467.00.I have been doing business with Central Chevrolet for over 25 years, I have bought almost all of my vehicles from you. Unfortunately, this has come to an end. I

My 20 year old son bought a 2023 Silverado. We went to 2 other dealership before central. I get a text from my son saying how much better they were treating him compared to the other dealerships. I would recommend central to anybody that's looking to bye new wheels. Excellent service

Was interested in buying a car. Was communicating with a guy named Guy in sales. Applied for financing but was told I needed a co-signer which I had. Sent him info and could no longer get ahold of him. I tried multiple times and got no where so I went else where. Horrible customer service.

Dropped off my truck to fix DEF service light. Found out tank was no good. I was told it was ready to come pick it up. After myself and my wife left work early to get to the dealership before 5pm, I was informed that the truck was not ready. Someone should have called me to let me know. Very inconvenienced.

I brought my 2017 Colorado, in to be service for a vibration from the transmission. Which I had problems with in 2019. After a three hour wait I got an estimate for repairs for $4800.00. I don't blame Central Chevrolet, for this. GM has know about problems with the transmissions for a long time. I feel GM should be responsible for this repair. I did get a call from the Service Adviser, that I dealt with and he told me he was going to contact GM to see if they would take care of this. It's been 4 days and I haven't heard back yet.

The experience was outstanding! The salesman, Myles Sattler went above and beyond to have everything ready to make the sale fast, complete and accurate as we had to travel about 40 miles to pick up the car. Can't say enough about this experience.

Brand new truck infotainment fried after an over air update killed the battery in my driveway overnight. Trucks been in service over a month. Was told end of august for the back ordered part to get in. Parts not in and there is no ETA. I had a good experience here until this happened.Update in response to chevys response: your upper level managers and VP have ignored multiple emails. Only response I get is from leaving a bad review. Not so much as an apology. Your service guy Kevin hasn’t called me once about my truck. It’s been dead since July 31st! I found out from my sales guy the infotainment came in and the trucks still dead. Now there’s another over air update leaving Colorado and canyon customers stranded. For anyone curious look it up! Avoid these trucks if you want reliabilityUpdate #2: I was given a rental. The rental contract was ending and I called my advisor Kevin to see how that would be extended since my truck is still not working. He told me he would take care of it. He didn’t. I had to go to hertz Monday morning only to find out Kevin never extended my rental. This place is unbelievable. Good customer service when they want to make a sale. Absolute trash when there’s a problem with their products

It was my first time coming for service , the gentleman says to me , this appointment is just for oil change , i said yes i know but the first service since its a complementary service i think you guys also check the tires and a couple other things, he says " well it looks like its just for oil change ".I asked him if they could check my tires and do the rotation since it was the first service , i didn't get a yes or a no, he just said we'll take care of it. When i got home i checked my vehicle status through the Chevrolet APP, it showed my tires were still low on air, which makes me think i never got the tire rotation done , only the oil change. A little disappointing being my first time of service.

I would recommend Cental Chevrolet to anyone. The sales men Ed was fantastic. He listen to what I had to say not once did he pressure me into anything. Because of the salesmen and the people who work at central Chevrolet I now own my first brand new truck. I enjoyed my experience there and on top of it all I love my 2023 Chevy Colorado Z71. Thanks again Central Chevrolet.
