Always a good experience here! In and out quickly for a service recall on my 2024 Chevy Trax. Notable during my visit was a nice gentleman who guided me to pull further into the bay to allow other cars behind me. He also opened the door and welcomed me warmly/professionally into the service area. I think he was also the shuttle driver as I saw him drive off moments later. What a nice touch as I've never had that kind of welcome for "service" during my visit in a dealership! Keep it up. I also want to give a shout out to Brian who may be the Manager, not sure. He is always so pleasant and friendly - a real asset to your team. He invited me to sit in the waiting room, but it was crowded. It was such a lovely day I opted to sit outdoors. He went the extra mile and brought one of the high chairs outside for me to use. Kudos and top notch all the way around!!

My appointment was for 10:00 for oil change.
Which at same time I wanted a new battery . At 1:03pm I went up front and the cashier ask me so I told her who I am And why. She checked
And the service guy was gone to lunch the guy working on my car same went to lunch. Ok I am thinking first it was enough of time allowed from 10:00AM TO LUNCH . If not I should of been notified as to delay
Lost a day just for being a loyal customer.
I will rethink that next time. Since my warrant is out and it be closer to where I live
But I guess that is what you pay for being loyal customer. “ BIG C” near BIG E doesn’ t notice loyalty

Mike Camerato went out of his way to accomidate us. He found the vehicle I wanted and helped us through the buying process. He made it simple even though we lived 2 hrs away and going to register the truck in another state. He even helped contact our insurance agency when we were unable.

I was very happy with Dave, very professional, not pushy, and super fast on getting the paperwork completed. I was in and out of there in a very acceptable amount of time. The sales/lease transaction was a very good experience for Me. Melissa in the paperwork office was very kind an thorough. Your team did things right and I am very happy with my experience there yesterday. My wife is very happy with here new car.

Certified Pre Own!!! Right after I made my 3rd payment my truck was out of commission 4 1/2 days. The receptionist cared more than the service center. The loss of time from work, possible theft of the truck, and the overall lack of concern for the total inconvenience. Not impressed at all. ???
