I would never have had my car brought to father's and sons had I known my would be cast out into a near empty unsecure dirt lot .I had two claims on my vehicle the one it was towed there for and a previous claim for a rear end collision. I requested a separate estimate for the rear and never got one.Instead I was harassed to hurry up and sign a release for the car to be moved to a salvage yard and was apprised that they would never work on my car moreover I still hadn't agreed on fair compensation for my car so more pressure. Finally when everything was settled with my insurance company I went to retrieve my belongings and noticed my car was completely ransacked .My scratch tickets had been gone through and that's wrong.So yeah not happy .I was considering purchasing a new Volkswagens but no thanks. I bought a 2025 Chevy Trax they are amazing .Gotta love the BIG C NEAR THE BIG E. Central Chevy treated me beautiful. I was surprised and also saddened nobody at father's and sons tried to assist me on a new vehicle purchase .I guess customers grow on trees these days. I wasn't quite certain how to respond to Father's and Son's reaching out to me via response to my concerns in my review other than editing my current review.I have to admit I appreciate any time a individual or entire business reach out showing a willingness to resolve a problem It means something to myself and I'd imagine anyone else that has felt slighted or overlooked when something beneficial could have been gained by extra steps that had been missed.I will adjust this entire review in 7 days in a much more positive light thanks to the simple effort made acknowledging my issues thank you.

I was extremely pleased with how quick and up-to-date they were with all of the information that they received and relayed to me. My vehicle looked amazing by the time I got it back. It was so worth the wait and I would definitely bring my car to car star from now on.

Long story short - car was involved in a hit and run and left a significant mark on my rear bumper. Insurance had recommended CARSTAR fathers and sons and I was extremely happy with everything from beginning to end. In the beginning when I had to bring in my car, the person helping me explained every step of the way (e.g., paperwork stuff, why they needed to record, approximately how long until I receive my car, how to get the rental, where to drop it off, etc.) which as someone who had to file an automobile claim for the first time, it made me feel good about my decision on going here. When I received the call that my car was done, I was highly impressed with the bumper as it looks like nothing ever happened (big win in my book). Everyone here is so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend it here! I have provided pictures as well to show their amazing work.
