Very nice owner and good quality service! I will use them again. I had them come in and carpet the stairs leading down into my finished basement. They were on time and did a very good job, the installer is a very hard worker and is surely an asset to the company!!

I was lucky enough to find Lucky Sevens Carpet recently when I needed to carpet an entire house I was getting ready to sell. I can't exclaim enough about this business. I got prices from a "big box" store as well as another carpet store, but neither were able to accommodate some of my requests. One of the advantages of going to the small business owner is the personal attention you get. Jessica spent so much time with me on the phone when I called to explain what I was trying to do, the special circumstances with this project, and the tight time frame I had. She was great! Then the owner, Gabe, was absolutely fantastic. He understood my need for quality, yet affordable, carpeting, as well as how quickly I needed it done. Not only that, but he accommodated my painter's request to have the carpet removed first before they painted, and then install after the painting was done. No other place could do that for me. Which brings me to the installation...unbelievable attention to detail!! I've had carpet installed before and just figured having little gaps in the corners or a little wrinkle next to the wall was normal. Well, it's not! I have never seen carpet cut so exactly and installed so precisely! And not a mark on the newly painted baseboard or walls. A truly fantastic job by Richie. I can't say enough about this company and the people who work for it. I highly recommend Lucky Sevens!

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business. Don't even waste your time, I can't believe they're even in business.
I will start out by saying the installation quality was very good and our large master bedroom was completed in one day. That was literally the only positive of this experience.
Ordered the carpet in mid-July, was told 1 week, maybe one and a half max. Two weeks go by, I hear nothing from the store. I call back and the owner Gabe begins blaming a shipping delay and says should be in within 4 days. That day comes and goes, no update provided. I call again and again, shipping delays etc. etc. Haggled with the owner to give me some sort of discount, to which he finally agrees.
In the end what was quoted as a 10 day project (from initial ordering to installation) turned out to be over a month long ordeal.
To make matters worse, the receptionist 'Jordan' is completely unprofessional and beyond rude. She called less than 48 hours after the job was finally completed telling me I "still hadn't paid". I called her back to remind of how long I had to wait and that I would pay by the end of the week. Instead of apologizing for the delay, she yelled at me and proceeded to talk over me until I hung up on her. She tried to immediately call me back, which I obviously declined. She then left a message telling me I can't "disrespect her and that I can't talk to her that way" before placing me on a minute long hold...on my voicemail.
Appalled is the only word I can use to describe the treatment I got from this business. I have told no less than 5 people to NEVER do business with this company and I hope 5,000 read this review. GO ELSEWHERE.

Lucky 7s has a decent selection that is best viewed from inside its unassuming west springfield location. The building itself looks a bit crappy but I was happy with the carpet and padding I was able to select. The installation itself was done very well and has held up (writing this 4-5 months after installation) So for a lot of reasons I liked lucky 7s however I am giving them 2 stars for the following reasons. The installation date agreed upon was not met. The date was post one tenant moving in and before another moved on so the time frame was important and highly discussed when I purchased from them. My parents assisted me by being at the home on the date the installation should have happened however lucky 7s never arrived. The date was pushed out about 5 days and required working around the move in of the new occupant. After discussing the issue with the owner/managers was told I would receive a $100 return of what I paid for the service. The refund was never provided which combined with the installation date being missed I sadly have to give 2 stars. I would consider 3-4 if the refund was given as promised.

We had carpet installed in the bedroom and living room of our condo. The installers did a great job. They even helped move our furniture from one room to the other so they could install both rooms in one day. The price was the best we found in the area. I highly recommend this place.

We were looking for a carpet that incorporated the colors of our living room. We had been to a few places prior such as Home Depot, Lowes, Grossman's etc without any luck. At the other places we couldn't even find someone to help us. The guys at Lucky Sevens spent an hour going through their stock and their catalogs to find the right rug at the right price. The service blew away the other "discount" carpeting options. The price was even better than the other places we had previously checked. Keep up the good work!

I really had a great experience with Lucky Sevens. I worked with Gabe over the phone and via email and he was able to price match another company and offer me a better deal. Shipping was a little bit slow but I think because it was shipped direct from manufacturer. Gabe made sure I was always informed of what step in the delivery process the rug was in. Overall the experience was great. I've never been to their store since Im from out of town but shopping online and over the phone with them was easy.

I got a great deal on an area rug and a 2 room wall to wall installation. Just as important, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. His name is Gabe and he's a really good egg.

They sell carpets at average to high prices... somewhat frequent sales make them somewhat more attractive when they're going on... otherwise you can usually find better and cheaper flooring elsewhere...
