“Excellent experience overall - they easily accommodated my request for pick up & drop off at beginning & end of rental period.
My only complaint is that their device to handle tolls is ridiculously priced. Would've been nice to have option to use my own transponder instead. Lack of affordability meant a normal 70-90 minute drive from Westfield to Worcester MA hospital was 2-3 hours traveling via non-toll roads.”

“My car broke down on the side of the highway on a holiday weekend and Matt (and a lady whose name I forgot!) was super friendly and helpful. He spoke to me several times and assured me he would save a minivan for me (although it was a busy holiday weekend) until we were able to come and gave us a good rate! Highly recommend them.”
