Luvkily the item i needed was in the pit, will NEVER buy anything in their regular store again. The protection company they use is terrible and refused to reair/replace a table top and then said you can not appeal their decision.

Last one month looking for furniture, Visited to so many furniture around Western Massachusetts. To Bob two times . Good choice good price. Very reasonable prices and quality. So many choice. Sales person who helped us, in the first floor lady very nice.

Paul greeted us when we arrived at the showroom. He was very kind and helpful. He showed us what we were looking for and gave us space to see all the sofas. He suggested a sofa sleeper that we fell in love with. Paul answered our questions even my daughter's questions. The purchasing process was fast and easy. Thank you Bob's for furnishing our new Home.

Bright open sales floor. The employees were polite and considerate. The salesperson listened to what we needed and brought us directly to the item we were describing. There were no efforts to upgrade the purchase, add unwanted items to the purchase or sway us to another, more costly, option.
There's a really good chance that we'll be back for other furniture needs.

The people at Bob’s were extremely helpful and did not pressure my husband and I to buy anything we tried out so many couches and we found the perfect fit for us Dina was especially helpful!

This place is terrible. Purchased a bedroom set and had to wait 5 weeks for delivery then they had computer problems and they canceled our delivery. Had to wait 2 more weeks then we got a phone call 2 hours before delivery and they said their truck broke down. I spent 2 hours on the phone with people fron Guatemala thet could care less about my problem and could not speak to someone local. I ended up canceling the order and found a much higher quality furniture at Jordans furniture.

It's not often that I've had to contact the better business bureau but there's a first time for everything. We bought a couch and ottoman. We waited two weeks for the delivery. On the day of delivery, two people who don't speak English showed up and attempted to move the couch into the house. They spent 4 minutes trying to move the couch around a 45-degree angle on an exterior stairway landing rather than lifting it over a railing and walking it straight through a doorway. This doorway, by the way, we moved an entire house worth of furniture through - twice.
We asked them to leave the couch, they pretended they didn't understand what we were saying, that they had "orders" and drove away WITH couch we spent two weeks waiting for. My wife and father-in-law repeatedly asked them to leave the couch, so that we could move it into the house ourselves. How do you NOT leave the couch with the customer? They spent 4 minutes trying to bring the couch through the doorway. They were at the house for a total of 15 minutes. I have their attempt on my security camera.
So, we spent a day driving to Bob's from Greenfield to shop around and pick out the perfect couch, then waited two weeks for "white glove" delivery, only to have a these guys effectively show us our couch and take it away over the course of 15 minutes.
Absolutely the worst retail experience I've ever had in my life. We will be seeking another vendor that puts a reasonable amount of effort into customer satisfaction instead.
