Bob's fixed my car and saved me a boat load of money! I had been bringing my VW to the dealership for the past few years as I hadn't found a specialty shop, and the independent shops closer to me said they won't even touch a Volkswagen. When my 90k service was due, I was SHOCKED to see it be over $1,000 for an oil change and haldex fluid change. Even worse, they wanted $1,200 to replace a timing chain cover which is a whopping 6 bolts. I called up Bob's and he set up an appointment. I was overjoyed to see a total for EVERYTHING at just over $700. The work seems to be impeccably done, and the shop saved me $1,500. I'll definitely be coming back for service here!

I feel I should justify any one star or five star review by going in depth. This is beyond a doubt a five star one.
My 2014 Jetta decided to start leaking coolant and since this is my first VW (and my first problem with it ever), I had no idea where to go— luckily, I had driven by this place 5 times a day over the past 12 years. I read the reviews, and they were good, so I figured it was were I would go— plus the location meant I felt safe enough to limp it over there from where I live.
We were greeted right away by one of the nicest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. No condescending annoyance, no indifference, just a guy that knew what he was talking about, and who seemed genuinely glad that we came there for help.
He showed us (on some parts he had) what it could be that was causing the leak, but made no promises on it being that, which I appreciated. When he found out what the problem was (hole in the radiator!) he called me right away and explained what it was and what to expect on the high end in terms of total cost. I really liked that, because I’d rather expect the worst than be surprised later on.
Less than 24 hours later I got the call that it was all set, a day sooner than I had expected. He went over what he did and explained some other things I should address, but I was not pressured in any way whatsoever to get it done there and now. I mean, not at all, zero pressure.
When I picked it up he even showed me a video of where the leak was, and went over possible reasons it could’ve happened. It was pretty cool to see the problem that he pinpointed and what it looked like.
Cost was well within what he estimated, even a little lower due to where the issue was located. It was nice to be prepared for the high end, though.
Like the neurotic person that I am, I later looked up the parts that were used just to see what others say about them, and it was immediately clear that he didn’t cut any corners with parts, making me even more confident that the problem was located, fixed, and tested. But this was done while still staying within what I was told to expect in terms of costs and labor involved, which was awesome.
This was my first breakdown with a VW, and what started out as a nightmare turned in to finding a mechanic that I plan to go to whenever something else happens down the road. We can’t thank you enough for getting us back on the road!!

I got my car diagnosed here. My engine is new and more rare so he wasn’t sure exactly what was wrong with it but was extremely helpful otherwise. Super honest and accommodating. The prices are great and customer service is phenomenal. Would recommend.

We recently had our Audi Q5 serviced at Bob’s Auto . It was a detailed service recommended by requirements set forth by Audi . Besides the recommended service brakes had to be replaced . Bob took the time to explain what exactly had to be done along with associated costs . Bob did exactly what had to be done , nothing more nothing less . Bob provided photos of the replaced parts side by side comparison to the defective ones . To make a long story short , Bob was an absolute pleasure to do business with . Not only a GREAT mechanic but one with integrity . On top of that he saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what the Audi dealership wanted for the same service . Bob’s Auto is highly recommended . Bob’s Auto deserves my business and I’m sure I will remain a faithful customer .

Bob is very trustworthy and spot on with diagnosing a problem. He gets back to you timely and the pricing is always reasonable. He has excellent customer service ! We recommend him often to family and friends!

Went to him for the first time for a job that are normal mechanics wouldn't / couldn't do. He was quick and efficient and friendly. Will be taking our Volkswagens to him from now on

This week, I had a unexpected issue with an overtorqued wheel + aftermarket lug bolts. I called most the shops in WS and had no luck before finding out about Bob's. I brought my car over, and he tried a few things before breaking the lugs free. Honestly I'm glad I had this small issue that let me find Bob's. I will definitely be returning in the future for my VW/Audi maintenance needs. Thanks again Bob!
